Im gonna guess that it was the rude ass manager working but I came in with 6 xbox one controllers and he gave me a lecture on how someone would call the cops on me cause of this and I should only carry in 2 at a time and how I looked suspicious yet I go to the next Gamestop and I assume he called this clown cause the dude didnt even look anything up just looked at me and said they were full on these items but I walk in here and some dude with a back pack with stuff in it tries selling stuff and nothing is said....not to mention if you really thought I stole them why did you still buy 2 off me...I can show you the receipt even...I didnt say anything as I didnt care to deal with such stupidity but I am glad these are not my Gamestops and I will not be returning to these locations...Only nice employee was in the mall location these other people were just pretty rude Plus they need to make up there minds on how much they are giving for trade ins...I go to one location and receive $19 in cash the other location $22 in cash....(For 2 because you know its so hard just to cheapskate me into buying them all than selling them for your own crazy prices)

Usually we love this place, but the employees that were working tonight were not so great on the customer service. I overheard the guy tell a customer that was shopping for a family friendly game, that the Back to the Future game "sucked." Granted, the customer was looking for a co op game. But doesnt change the fact that Back to the Future is a very family friendly game. Yeah, its not very strategic. But its a fun play through, specially when you love the movies. Which the customer did admit to loving the movies. That couple left without buying anything. Great job, bro. Then at the register, the guy and the girl stood around chatting it up while my fiance and I stood there staring at them, waiting for them to ring us up. We were seriously like 3 feet apart. I will say that the female clerk was helpful, even though she was a tad spacey. If I were managing that guy, though, hed be gone.
