I was looking for turbo gaskets for an aftermarket application and was hoping for some help in finding the right parts. I knew a car make and model on which the correct size/type inlet gasket was used, but not the right style outlet. I figured that was a good place to start however, and that someone knowledgeable might help me find the right sized outlet. The woman I spoke with on the phone, who works at the parts counter, told me she could not look up the car based on the make and model (what!?!). Furthermore, she told me that she would not waste her time finding it if it did not also have the correct outlet and that I should call back during the week. I guess weekday employees are more capable of doing their jobs. This was a complete failure to provide any type of customer service and makes me very reluctant to give them any more of my business.

Really disappointing service. Bought a battery from this location 12-15 months ago. Its dead. I went in and asked what they could do since it is still under warranty. Their response was that they have no proof that its under warranty since I do not have the receipt (no one told me this was a condition at time of purchase). They dont take any personal info at the time of purchase so they cant locate any purchase info in the computer and you have to know the date of purchase to have any chance of finding your purchase and only at the original purchase location. Im happily sitting at Les Schwab where Ill buy batteries exclusively from now on.

i have a business account with the Hillsboro store , i cant even use them for parts it takes them more then half the day to get me parts to my shop 2.5 miles away.. half the time the parts dont even get sent out and i have to call and see whats going on.. this not all napa stores, I have used other napas and have been very happy with the service but we moved are shop near the hillsboro store and its been nothing but hassle we have now been using other parts store with great service and deliverers on time. Hillsboro has been a nightmare to say the least... i have even talked to management about it and nothing had came from it..

Went to return a power window motor, receipt in hand, and they would not take it back because I didnt have a box and they claimed it to be installed! Thats how they sold it to me! And you cant tell me that whole place doesnt have a box that they could put it in. I even asked if I could get store credit. Nope, Im out $40 cause they are overpriced. - Update - after writing to their corporate I got a call and they decided to accept my return back.. I gave them a better rating because I do appreciate good customer service.. Would have been nice the first time but oh well

The guys and gals at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive shopped at a lot of car parts stores in the area but this one has the most knowledgeable employees. I usually try a parts shop closer to home but if I have a complex problem to troubleshoot Ill make the drive to this NAPA. Ive talked with the employees and they tell me they all go through required training. I needed a special additive for the coolant in my 7.3 IDI Diesel and they knew exactly what I needed. Every other shop I went to tried to tell me the stuff didnt exist.

I have continually gone into this store hoping that i will have a better experience than the last but somehow it always seems to get worse. Whether it was rude service or no service at all, i have never left this store content. The sales people are short tempered and never willing to help you find what youre looking for. I do not plan on going back and would advise people to go somewhere else. Good customer service is always worth the extra effort but apparently the workers at Napa Auto Parts do not agree.

This place has atrocious customer service. You have to seek out someone to maybe help you, but they seem to want to ignore customers. I had to return an item and the person at the checkout desk was startled by me and then was offended that I didnt know I had to go to the back to process a return and then come back to get my money returned at the front. There are no signs to indicate this backwards situation. Other car part stores are much more helpful and I will not be returning to this NAPA.

First off, theyre going through a managerial transition right now so I know its not going to be 100% perfect. On the good days, great customer service, they try and fill as many orders as they can, and they do their best to avoid any hiccups. I think theres nothing more you can ask from an auto parts store than that. They can use a little help in customer service, I think making sure a walk in customer is just as happy as your most loyal customer would be a great add-on.

I love NAPA Auto Parts! Every time I come in not only do I get what need they never try to send me to a dealership! I am a DIY kind of person, this is why I go to an Auto Parts Store! In addition there staff is so knowledgeable and friendly which makes for fun trips to their store! I have had outstanding customer service experience! I will differently be a long time customer :)

Joke... took a starter in because it had a broken solenoid. Put the starter/solenoid on the counter and told the gal I needed a new solenoid. She said "well this ones attached and not coming off", I knew right then i was going somewhere else to find one of the most common solenoids used (chevy big block). Walked out empty handed, again. Such a disappointment.

Came in for the second Saturday sale. Believe I got a pretty good deal! And I got and I got a Napa bucket! Cashier was friendly parts counter lady got the part I need it quickly. And its for a very old car. Im thankful that Napa has these parts and the parts counter people to find them. I will continue to return to this store whenever in the area.

I had a very good experiance at the Hillsboro NAPA today. I found the staff courtious and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me find an uncommon item. Mike and Juio were the ones who assisted me today, and I felt that they both went out of their way to see that I was satisfied with my visit. I will definitly go back to this NAPA.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good amount of stock on hand. Every part Ive needed, theyve had, from headlight bulbs to brake rotors and pads. Prices are competitive with other auto parts stores in the area.

Good selection of parts, and NAPA quality is great. Very inconsistent customer service, at times bordering on unfriendly. I have had several incorrect orders here that they did little to assist with.

No more true car auto parts. they made me wait more than a week for a part they dont even have. They even lied and said that the part was in beaverton and it was going to be ready monday for pick up.
