Worst customer service. Originally went in to get an oil cap ($4.99). They didnt have it. Ordered it online and paid 7.95 shipping for a 5 dollar part. Doesnt fit. The invoice specially says you can take it to a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store. They wouldnt take it back. I asked why they were not a "participating" store and the reply was, "Were not taking it back."
