Great customer service experience with Ivan. We needed to replace our car battery, so we called ahead to make sure they had the right battery. The person on the phone listed three different batteries available, and explained that they also install the new battery for free and recycle the old battery (they charge a "core fee" for the new battery but do not charge that fee if you turn in your old battery). When we arrived, Ivan was quick to help me to check out. While changing our battery in the parking lot, he explained what he was doing and why, and was conversational and pleasant. He went the extra mile, cleaning our terminals, adding some corrosion prevention goop, and even being careful to balance the tension as he was tightening the screws instead of cranking them in one at a time. It would have been easy for him to be brusk, careless, or rushed, since the store was so busy at that moment, but he clearly cared about doing this job right.

Yes they take used oil for recycling Not a fan. VERY small, poor selection of even simple things like oil and coolants, store is usually backed up, staff not knowledgeable and looks miserable to be there regularly, theyve given me the wrong parts even when Ive provided part numbers (shame on me for not double checking) weekends parking frequently is on the further side. Over all its convenient, been doing my own car work for years, lived in 13 cities in the past 10 and this may be the worst location Ive used. They are one of the only places in the area and there for unavoidable. ..if you can help it, just order from someone like pelican

Store is tiny and stocked very poorly. Walked in and asked for some help with paint trimmers. The older employee waved me off to an aisle and proceeded to help the customer after me....this gentleman had no problem showing the next customer where their items were and going over all of the options for her issue. Just rude. Dont come here for any advice or help.

Understaffed and overwhelmed. Sunday afternoon - Went to buy a pair of blind spot mirrors. first pair rang up 3X higher than sticker on the floor. 2nd pair rang up a dollar higher than price on the floor. Clerks excuse was that there was new pricing. Watched another clerk put 3 calls on hold and not go back to them. Went out of their way not to be helpful.

The owner Kia is very nice and professional. I have worked with her twice doing inventories for the company I work for. Her staff at this location is well trained and helpful. Havent purchased anything from this location though.

30 min late to open the store. Lights on but nobodys home. Hell, there was someone who WORKS for advance auto waiting with me. He was apparently asked to come into this location 7:30 sharp, but he was locked out with me.

There is one employee at this store who was of NO help when I visited on two occasions. The second time I was there, people before me even got fed up with him and actually waited for another cashier!

Horrible...workers are a bunch of old lazy people who cant wait to close the store and it SHOWS!!! Go somewhere else if you want any decent customer service and real knowledge on your vehicle.
