Horrible customer service. They sold me the wrong part when I brought in the correct one with me. The associate was rude and didnt come to check me out for a long time. I went to buy lights for my car but was gave the wrong ones. Then I went in to buy another item and ended up not purchasing it because of the wait even though they had no other customer. I then come back outside and found out the part was wrong and went inside again to have to wait for 15 more minutes just to get the correct item. Manager was no help. Worse experience I have ever had.

Few days ago I picked up a can of brake cleaner from them via internet order & store pick up. I dont know if it was by mistake or not, but after few seconds of spraying it on parts that I was cleaning, the can got empty. I was really disappointed because I had to reinstall the parts that arent completely cleaned.

Guy that tested and changed my battery was quick, efficient and personable. Told me about the car he was buying, and helped me figure out a problem with my car I didnt even ask about. Couldnt have asked for a better experience when having to purchase an unplanned battery for my car.

We buy all our auto parts at Advanced Auto. They will check your old battery and install a new one if needed as well as lightbulbs for your car. Great prices and very helpful.
