Honestly one of the best experience I have ever had at any store. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and the assistant manager greated me very joyful even though it was obvious he was ready to go home and joyfully helped me. Once I was finished and had purchased a new battery since mine was completely trashed he even put it in for me even though it took him until after closing when he wasnt required to. Then he still joyfully made sure my jeep started and then told me goodbye and went to finish closing the store. I am so appreciative of the amazing service I received!

Went in to see if I could rent the equipment to get the pulley off of the PS pump. They actually helped me pull it off, and put on new one so I saved the core fee payment right then and there. The equipment was a little worn down so they were pulling brand new stuff of the shelf to help. I live outside of Broomfield but was working on the car with a buddy who lives in town who said they were very helpful. I will probably travel to this Advanced Auto Parts when ever needed. Thanks!

I used to go here for all my auto needs. But theres one guy who always asks why I need to buy a certain part and when I tell him my problem he says Im buying the wrong part. Last time I went in was to buy a new brake rotor because mine had warped from over heating, he then told me it probably isnt a brake rotor that is causing the problem. I promptly left, went to orielly, purchased what I needed without any hang ups and my problem was fixed in an hour.

We needed a battery for our minivan. A tire repair place down the street said it would cost $270 or more. Drove down the streets, and in less than 10 minutes we had our battery tested and when it failed the test we had a brand new battery INSTALLED for well under $200! Great service. Good price. Glad we didnt have the tire place service the battery. Saved us money and honestly this place had nicer better service. Go here.

Ordered and sold me the wrong alternator and ended up paying $170 more at the auto repair shop. Wouldnt have done it but they already took the other alternator off and was gonna be paying $130 anyway and for them to put my old one back on. Came back to advance to take the wrong alternator back and explained my scenario. No apologies and basically couldnt care less if they wanted too.

I came in for a special tool to finish my brake job - I purchased the tool provided by the clerks, but it did not fit. They refused to take it back 10min later when I returned because I could not find my receipt. I purchases the correct tool from the next autoshop down the road. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ADVANCED AUTO PARTS EVER AGAIN!!!!!

This Advance is awesome. Employees are all super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even screwed up once and the manager was more than happy to set it right, no charge. No hassle at all. I wasnt even mad, it was just handled so well. Id even pay more just to go here instead of competitors in the area, its that good.

Super helpful staff. I visited twice to replace some wipers on all my vehicles. Brought one wiper back that would not fit. They quickly understood the database was incorrect and new what the part number should be after looking at my vehicles wiper arm.

ive been coming here for all my auto parts for the last 3 years, the team here are very helpful and always go the extra mile! one time they even delivered a part to my house for free because i couldnt drive to pick it up! these guys are awesome!
