I took a bolt in to the Dallas Napa to get some more of the same bolt which was in my hand for installing the tow hitch on my Volvo a couple weeks ago. The guy behind the counter brought me back the wrong sized bolts and sold them to me for $4. Any 14 year old whos taken a metals class would understand the difference, a 5 year old would probably be able to match those bolts and bring me the right one. People go to the auto parts store because they think you guys know what youre doing, but you dont. If I would have trusted NAPA employees, then I would have tried to force those bolts to install my tow hitch and I would have stripped out all the threads. I never bought much from NAPA because the prices are like robbery. Amazon matches the parts to your car, and theyre right!

It was easy to get to, they had what I needed. The place could be easier to get around in, it was laid out a bit wonky at the entrance, and seemed kinda cluttered.

Fast service, dont always have what you need but can have it delivered quickly. Good place for car advice and those odd car parts.
