Walmart in general is a bad experience, however this Walmart takes the cake when it comes to bad experiences. I stood in line in the electronics department to purchase a TV, only to find out the the $300 TV was actually $600. A manager was nice enough to offer me 10% off of the correct price, however what I really would like is to have the merchandise be priced correctly so I dont feel like a fool carrying this TV around just to find out I do not want it in the end. So I politely asked if I may pay for the other items in my cart, to which the associate informed me since they were not electronics items I would need to go through the registers up front. I am certain that associate could have rang up my items, however in the interest of being non confrontational I simply walked up front to check out. After waiting to get the front of the line, the cashier notices two customers behind me who only had 1 item in there hands, so the cashier asked if they may go first. Although my experience up to this point was not positive, there was no reason for me to be impolite to the other customers, however it took every fiber of my being to logically conclude that would allowing these customers to go ahead of me would only add a few minutes onto my visit. And making a stink about the issue would only make me seem like an inconsiderate jerk. So I agreed. When I go to Walmart generally my expectations are low. So I can handle the empty shelves, inadequately staffed departments, long register lines, under trained staff, however this Walmart brings my low expectations to an all time low. I have made it a point to avoid this store unless convenience absolutely dictates otherwise. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst score, 10 being the best, Customer service : 1-10.... 1 Product availability: 1-10.... 1 Appearance: 1-10.... 1 Overall experience: 1-10.... 1 On a final note I would like to say the only reason I would give this store all 1s, is because the scale does not include 0s or negative numbers, so those 1s are pending availability of a lower grade :-)

Customer Service dept is TERRIBLE!!! I have called to inquire on my order status and this department hung up on me after 20 mins of waiting to get through to someone in this area. when I do call back, no one would want answer their phone in customer service dept. I have tracked my package and shows that it is in this location so I decided to just go pick up my package. I was the only customer waiting in customer service area waiting, waiting, waiting, and waiting....no one even decided to ask me if I needed help or anything. One employee is at the counter doing nothing important on the phone, the other one is behind me doing nothing but messing around with her fellow co-worker. But after 10 mins of waiting to see if anyone is willing to help, the girl who behind me decided to help but with an attitude especially when she couldnt pull up my information. Besides this negative reviews on the Customer Service area, this store location NEVER EVER restock their shelves, employees dont bother to ask if you need any help with looking for something, and check out lanes are Terrible too! They would have only 3-4 lanes opened and theyll have long lines of customers waiting to be checked out. Every time I come to this location, I have to wait 30 mins at any lane because either the employees are working slow or just plain LAZY! I always tried to avoid coming here and because of this, I have been going to Target instead nearby for better services. Ive worked at Target Corporate and I definitely know that at Target employees are on top of things and they will not leave you hanging.

The WORST Walmart Ive been to due to the employees except the pickup item guy. I called about my online pickup at their store and they gave me the roundabout for an hour trying to connect me to the proper person. I asked for a manager and I was simply ignored. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were busy. I go to the store and picked up my item and the rep was great! But when I went to customer service to return an item, it went downhill. There was one lady in front of me, who had a cart of food items. She was simply chatting with the customer return rep., and they werent doing anything. They were talking about how she was going to her break soon and so forth. For half an hour, I was just standing there and waiting while they chat! When one of the managers rolled up, she started working slowly and chatted with her for bit! So, she scanned the food items from the ladys cart and rescan to repurchase.... Not sure what was going on but it looked scandalous. Anyways, it took quite some time before they assisted me in my return. No apologies for my wait and no motivation to work. Sadly, I will not be return to this Walmart ever again since Ive been experience more than once, the lack of customer care or service. They really need to hire better employees or train them properly.

The star is because its simply a Walmart and i know the price of the items will be great. My review is not from coming here one time and the day was just off. My review is based on the multiple times Ive been here, but the employees are rude and have major attitude problems when they should be thankful someone hired they asss. The employees are also ignorant to the prices and products in the store, and are not helpful at all. They have been poorly trained . The customer service center has people working there who dont know anything about refunding or "customer service" . I really hate coming inside this store but it is close to my home. If I had a choice I would never shop here because of the employees. They need to upgrade the customer service class!!! If the HR department werent so focused on a pay check then they could really do their job and hired people who want to work with great attitudes. Its very said that the example of black women people have to see are these ignorant bitches who work here. You should feel comfortable when your shopping not having to focus on keeping your composer so you wont have to beat the cashiers ass because of the rudeness. ...

This Walmart is not one where you can do a quick run in and out in. Every time, no matter the time, there are long lines at any of the lanes that are open. I would say only 1 of 10 staff members are nice. As like other post, I have been in line and the cashier sees someone they know in the back of the line and will talk to them and ignore the person they are checking out. I used to work for Walmart and none of this was tolerated. You treat customers with respect, help them , not talk like a rude child, yell across the isles, not stand chatting when a customer is waiting for help. This is part managements fault. They need to weed out some of the brats. And not hire someone, just because they applied. Yes there also customers that are just as rude. Screaming at their kids, being more rude and demanding than is justified. I would be crabby as well. But they are in customer service!!! Which must of been forgotten in training 101. They also need some more lights in the parking lot, nothing like the feeling of your about to walk into a danger zone.
