Picked out an auto battery; signage stated recycling of all lead-acid batteries is free. The only disclaimer was that the price for the recycling is included in the cost of the battery. No statements about added core charges, which, logically, would be included in the sales price, as the signs state. They added, with no initial explanation at all, a $12 core charge. i showed the cashier a picture of the sign; she called for a customer service manager. We waited for about 15 minutes. The CSM finally arrived. She didnt know what to do, either, so she called for her manager. Another 5 minutes waiting. He looked at everything, and said that he wasnt going to sell it for the advertised price; he would only sell it for that price plus the $12. i clarified carefully that the advertised price and signage specifically includes all charges for recycling, with no disclaimers, and that the signage clearly and specifically advertises that all lead-acid battery recycling is free. He agreed, but restated that he wouldnt honor that advertised price, without also adding on the fee. i walked out, leaving my items behind, and having wasted 45 minutes of my evening. The cashier was nice. She understood my issue quite well, and agreed that there seemed to be some disparity between the price and the advertising on the shelf. Every other employee was rude. i dont believe that i was ever rude to anyone. False advertising. If i was more vindictive, i would file a case against them, but its not worth my time. As it is, they lost almost an hour of employee wages, and made no sale with me. Wont make any others, either - i will shop Amazon, instead. (Hear that, Google? You picked the wrong company to partner with, this time.) Also, the aisles were cluttered, floors dirty, and no employees were available to help customers anywhere i walked in the store during this visit. Based on a couple other visits, this is quite typical.

I came to this Walmart to develop 10 rolls of film. Once they were developed, I received a very rude voicemail from Sandy in the photo department stating this was my second notification of photos being ready for pickup. (this was the first voicemail I ever received from the store, and any missed phone calls I receive during the day I am unable to see as I work in a classified environment and do not carry my phone on me). I came in that night to pick up the film and the guy could only find 9 of 10 rolls, stating that I would recive a phone call when the 10th came in. Fast forward ~2 weeks and I receive another, EVEN RUDER voicemail from Sandy stating this is my third and final notification of photos being ready. Like somehow this is my fault that her coworker could not find the last roll when I was there. She has horrible customer service!!! I will NEVER go back to this Walmart again nor recommend it to anyone. I am turned off to the idea of even shopping at ANY Walmart again due to Sandys rudeness alone! Disclaimer: I have used the optic center and they have awesome customer service! Even got my glasses in early. I would recommend the optic center, but the horrible customer service shown by the photo center has ruined the store for me. Even the Walmart chain name!!!

Love the prices could use more friendlier workers to be more wanting to help and be around to have people ask for help because the most frustrating thing is going to shop at Walmart and is not being able to find a worker to ask any questions about the products and not being able to find what I am looking for. And having the person from Electronics department covering the photo area is a little ridiculous because when someone in that area or electronics they have to wait about an hour to get help because the person is either overwhelmed because to many people to help or they take forever helping the person they are helping or they just dont care at all

The customer service is absolute garbage. I called the front desk, was asked which department I wanted, stated "electronics," and the just kept ringing, and ringing, and ringing... A good five minutes of ringing later, the front desk answered again, asked which department I wanted, and this process repeated for half an hour before I asked for Customer Service. I got customer service on the phone, (after another two minutes of ringing), told them that no one was answering the phone in electronics and that Id been trying for half an hour, and she then hung up on me. Id file a complaint to the manager, but I doubt theyd pick up the !@#$% phone anyway.

Very rude staff, I was looking at a tv that was on "rollback"! The guy tries to convince me to look at another tv so I asked to speak with the manager he supposedly went to go get but never came back with him. So I found another staff member and Began to ask him for some help instead but same situation! They dont want to take the time to help somebody! As the first guys standing right behind him just waiting for a reaction from me very childish and disrespectful coming from two grown men! Never shopping there again!

Worst customer service staff Ive ever experienced at a Walmart. Went to go return pots and pans that CAUGHT ON FIRE (Green Life pots and pans) and other things and the b**** at the counter made me walked throughout Walmart to grab every single item for the SKU number. Like no, you work here you do it. Every employee acts like youre an inconvenience to them. Never going here again. Ill be sticking to the walmart in porch orchard. Its less trashy with less trashy employees.

Rude tire shop that didnt have time to rotate the tires during a oil change. There were only two cars in front of me and it took over an 2 hours to get a simple oil change. Edit: A day later I was driving and the car started leaking floods horribly when I stopped. I checked under the hood and they hadnt put the radiator cap back on. If I wouldnt have stopped and noticed it would have cost me a car. Good luck if you decide to go here!!

I asked a employee to call someone to sporting goods. And he told me that wasnt his department. I stated I knew that, but Id he could call someone. Waited 45 minutes. Asked all the other workers said it wasnt their department. I just needed the locked item for my husbands birthday. I went to the cashiers and asked them to send someone went back waited 30 more minutes. Went back and the manager gave me attitude about needing assistance

This place makes me sick! I research online a product, check online to see if they have it. I call the store, verify they have it. I show up 15 minutes later, and the guy at the electronic counter cannot find the item. I give the guy a C+ for effort, but how do you have employees that dont know where items / back stock are? Wish I could charge them for my time, and gas. Theyd be outta business within a day from the BS they do.

This may be the cleanest Walmart Ive ever been to. The one problem I have is Im handicapped. Management needs to get a handle on the electric carts. The majority of them are broken or they dont work properly. Andrew real lasers people that abuse the chairs. But for the ones that are like me that dont and need them its such a shame I went to this Walmart twice and didnt go in because there was no carts available.
