After coming several times to check out the new Xbox Slim and trying out the new Oculus VR, I finally decided to buy myself the Xbox One S of 500GB. To my disappointment, the software took up 140GB of the space which left me very little space to download even a few games... Fortunately I took the time to talk to Carolyn at the Microsoft Store. She let me know that I could exchange it for the 1 Terabyte model without any kind of problems. I went there and she let me know that they were offering this promotion that if you bought an Xbox one on that day they were going to give you a FREE 3 month Xbox Live card and a FREE GAME! That was all even though I had bought it another day. She was incredible and went above and beyond to achieve the best customer service I have received in a long time. Furthermore, every single associate at that store is always extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly towards anyone that walks in the store. This store ranks the best store in my books and it is no surprise why I always see people in that store.

Do not buy from the store! The staff is very nice, but not very knowledgable. I spent over 6 hours in this store across multiple visits in two days for them to finally be able to transfer my data correctly. Today updates were installed on my computer and I got a total green screen with no access to anything else. The online solutions didnt work, and the toll free number wait was over an hour. I called the store and they had no one there that could help me in spite of the fact that I paid several hundred dollars for ongoing technical support.

Not a very good experience. I was not able to get a Toshiba laptop to accept windows 10 as well as some other issues. They told me that it did not have the physical ability to accept the update. They also called me 3 times for the password for my computer - seems like they cannot talk to themselves. Well I am writing this on Windows 10 - it is just disturbing that they do not seem to know what they were talking about. That said, they were very nice, wanted to keep offering me water, but I wanted my computer fixed.

Best customer service by Nathan, he went above and beyond , i was surprised how he took ownership of the business and gave excellent customer service, i will highly recommend this store, he fixed few issues with my operating system, showed me what windows 10 has to offer, and many more useful applications, i spent more than an hour and learned few things , thank you microsoft. you can attend small educational classes, and they offer complimentary drinks !!!! great overall experience

Ive been to the store a few times since it has opened. Each time Ive been in the customer service has been excellent. No matter if I am in to shop, for service or anything else the attention to detail and customer service are top notch. If youre looking for a new computer, the Microsoft Store offers Signature PCs from other brands which come without all of the bloatware that the manufacturers tend to install on PCs you might buy at big box stores.

Great store! I missed the free windows 10 upgrade after July 2016, and I decided to purchase a Windows 10 Pro license from the Microsoft Store. The associates were very knowledgeable, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. They even offered to install it for me, but I didnt need them to install Windows 10 Pro since Im in the tech industry and know what Im doing.

Its a cute little kiosk in the middle of the mall...not much to say, there is a small selection of laptops tablets, more space is dedicated to Xbox one products. The service was okay, the young lady working there at the time was friendly and helpful but the few guys they have working there are awkward and dont really understand how customer service works.

Please turn down the music. Its so loud inside the store that you cannot even hear what the sales staff is saying. Im not sure if they were able to hear me either. All I wanted was to check out and purchase the new Surface Pro 5. Lost a sale.
