I had an Ipod adapter installed by their "Professional Team". When purchasing the product I was assured that the product was compatible with my vehicle, however when arriving I had to exchange the product and was told that it was NOT compatible with my vehicle. When picking up my vehicle after installation (during normal working hours) the installation team had a propane grill, cooking food with customers car doors wide open and meat smoke billowing into their vehicles. The installation of my product by their "professional team" was held together with two and half feet of electoral tape. Professional, huh? When traveling the 30 miles back to my house I noticed my car was making awful noises and then it preceded to STOP working all together. The installation "team" unhooked my electrical wiring to my 4 wheel drive and neglected to hook it back up. Also, I had exposed, spliced wires which were left by the "team" as well. Therefore, my car was throwing MAJOR electrical signals and then stopped working all together, which was beneficial cause it would of caught on fire otherwise. My car is now inoperable, so I call the store. I was told by the manager to "Bring the car back and we will have them look at it". ???? Recap, my car is inoperable. He says to have it towed there. I ask at whose expense? He said mine, unless it is proven that their "team" was the one who caused the problem. Then I asked the manger, "Who is going to be looking at my car and determining the issue and who is at fault?. The manager replied that the same man who had "installed" the device would be looking at my vehicle. I told him that I did not feel comfortable with the same man who had just "installed" the product incorrectly, would be the person determining if his work was what caused my electrical problems. The manager told me that was the ONLY was Best Buy was willing to help with my situation. I had to have my car towed to my mechanic, then towed to the Toyota Dealership to have diagnostics performed, and did NOT have my car for 4 days. Also, this store refuses to let me return the product because they "already made 1 exception exchange" which I was told by the installation guy that I had to exchange the product because it wasnt compatible. I had to file an insurance claim against the store where I was reimbursed only a percentage of the money spent for this situation and Im out the money I spent on installation and on the product that I can not return. This store was uncooperative in my situation. I did notice that the grills were now no longer chained outside the docking bay to the Best Buy sign. However, I did take a picture of the grill before it had been removed. I just wanted EVERYONE to know this situation and to be informed consumers. This day in age the term "professional" is throw around without any substance to uphold it.

I am beyond disappointed in the service I received at this store. I recently purchased a mac book pro at this store and was having trouble with the computer screen working properly. I had taken my laptop into the store to get help in resolving my problem. The young lady that was working the guest service counter was one of the most rude people I have ever come in contact with, she quickly jumping to tell me that I had damaged my screen before I even showed it to her and informed me there was nothing Best Buy could do, I could talk to geek squad and they could guide me in the right direction. After speaking with the geeks they said that the computer screen is damaged and total repair cost to fix it would be around $650. I was shocked as I havent even owned the laptop for 4 months. I then took my laptop to the apple store the following day where they informed me there was nothing I did to cause my computer to malfunction and they proceeded to repair it in less then an hour with no charge. Needless to say I will now on purchase my products directly thru apple and will not be returning to Best Buy again. I am very disappointed in the service I received at this store.

Small store, some of their product line needs to be upgraded or re-stocked more often. But it is a friendly store and the associates are very helpful, once you nab one. :-) However, most are quick to ask if they can help. The only negative department, or this would have been a 5-star review, is in their car stereo department. I have NEVER been offered assistance while shopping in that department! I would go to Garners Car Stereo BEFORE shopping at this Best Buy for a car stereo. Overall, 4-stars because if youre looking for a quick in and out and not much hassle, this is a good store. As with any retailer, there is always room for improvements!

I walked in best buy and went to the cellular place. I wanted my number put on my moms old phone since she was not using it plus the phone I had was messing up. Anyways the person did not want to take the time to help. She said oh we cant do that here. She said go online and it will guide you on what you want done. Went home did go online and it was a bunch of mumbo jumbo. Went to the cell phone place that I got the phone from. The guy says oh I can help you with that. Take your phone to the cellular carrier that you are with. Never go to best buy. They are crappie!!

Do NOT use Best Buy online for an appliance order. First, we had to wait 10 days for the appliance to be delivered. Then, when it was delivered it was damaged, and had to be sent back to the store. They rescheduled us for another delivery a week later. That day came, and still no appliance. They called and said the appliance never arrived in the store for the replacement delivery and we have to wait yet another week for a delivery that may or may not happen. Thats 3 solid weeks and still no appliance. GO ELSEWHERE for your appliance purchase.

When going to a store to purchase any electronic device or staying up to date on the latest tech Amanda Gaines has got to be the best employee Ive ever worked with. She treats you as a friend instead of a customer. She understands your needs and instead of trying to sell you the most expensive product she helps you stay with in your budget. I will always do business with Ms. Gaines.

I just purchased my Samsung S4 from Sam at the Samsung experience store. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out all the perfect accessories to keep my klutz self from destroying it. They had awesome otterbox cases and a super "military grade" screen protector. All in all it was a great experience, and I will be sure to have him help me each time I visit best buy.

Electronics change quickly and often, so that when you arent involved in it, it can quickly become very complicated to understand and unravel. The employees at this store, helped to explain exactly what I needed and more importantly what I didnt need to buy to make the Bluetooth Wireless Headphones work. This is most sincerely appreciated by senior citizens like me.
