The Pharmacy.... We stopped going due to them being closed during certain times for lunch. You should still be able to drop off and pick up. This was the first and only Walmart I have been to where they didnt at least have the pharmacy register open. The store itself. Constantly out of stock products and the attitude of many employees. Not all employees, you have some good ones. My husband does most of the shopping, as he works in town. One time he was looking for a movie. He asked the male employee in electronics if the movie was in stock. He shrugged and said to go look. A female employee overheard. She looked it up and said it was out of stock. It was SIMPLE and QUICK, less than a minute on the computer for it to say out of stock. Not enough registers when it is busy. In the evenings it depends. They want people to go to the self check out which have problems and you still have to deal with an employee if one is around. My husband goes multiple times, he gets along with the cashiers but he has said some of the newer ones have yet learned to watch their mouth. One young cashier was muttering to an elderly couple who were also disabled that she didnt have all the time in the world. My husband was disgusted that she was so nasty and rude. He was like what a witch to be like that to them. So they were slower, you do your job and behave professionally. I hope that the new store manager starts weeding out these bad employees and get those who are responsible for ordering products to get it done.

Review of Walmart Pharmacy: I went to Walmart Pharmacy in Live Oak, Fl and I felt as if I entered a bad neighborhood in Miami. The Pharmacist named Ashley Carpenter escalated a poor customer service situation to personal attacks. This person demonstrated in every action she made that customers dont matter. I asked her a simple question. "Why dont you call customers if you decide not to fill there medication because the insurance did not cover it." The pharmacy decided since my insurance did not cover a twenty dollar medication they will not fill it until I showed up to pick it up. Once you are there Walmart procedure is to ask you if you want it or not Ashley advised me. Even though I told Ashley months ago to fill all meds. Ashley responded that she has over six hundred patients and she does not have time to call any of them. I responded maybe you need less patients and I walked away. Then as I walked away from the situation Ashley laughed at me. I then asked her " Did you laugh at me?" Ashley said "yes" because I walked away. I ignored her behavior then moments later Ashley threw up both of her hands. She minus well of said thug life. She threw up her hands probably because I was watching her. The last time I turned my back Ashley she mocked me. I learned to keep an eyes on her. I transferred all my records to Walgreens knowing anyone is better then Ashley Carpenters poor customer service.

Ive been shopping at the Live Oak, Fl. Walmart for 5+ years now, and am becoming more and more frustrated with it ! Constantly are several items out of stock for weeks on end, so that Im always forced to go to another store too. Yesterday was a particularly bad experience, as 7 items were out of stock, and on 2 items they couldnt scan them into the computer and wouldnt sell them to me, even after I asked for a supervisor to put in the item manually, which didnt happen ! Also I waited 10 Min. in the bakery department for somebody to finally show up...and a long time in line at the register. Its getting worse every time I shop there, which is about every 1 1/2 weeks or so. I used to do about 80% of the monthly shopping there, but not anymore. They force people to go somewhere else. The fresh produce (fruits/veggies) department is the worst ! Thankfully "Winn-Dixie" and "Publix" are even closer for me. So they really dont seem to care at all of loosing much business.

En un tiempo atrás una cajera de color me estaba cobrando 50 dólares de más me di cuenta y le dige que era mucho por lo que estaba llenando. Y me pidió disculpas y me descontó los 50 dólares y después revisando mi recibo de compra me di cuenta que había escaneado en mi cuenta una tarjeta de esas que se usan para venir a comprar después. No pude reclamar en ese momento por que no hablo inglés

My low rating is in reference to the pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for quite a while now with multiple problems. Today my Dr. called in a Rx for me that I needed immediately. My husband went to pick it up and they said that it had never been called in. I had to call the Dr. again and have them call it in for a second time. My husband asked them again and again they said it wasnt there. Until finally he got upset and spoke with someone else who looked through a stack of prescriptions just sitting on a counter did they find it. Twice. Since it WAS actually called in both times. Ridiculous! The people who handle your medication should be much more responsible than this!

While I was there I spoke to 4 different cashiers and all were rude and need a class on customer service I had to get a csm myself because all the employees were telling me I was wrong about something I knew that I was actually right about one employee basically blew me off when I asked where an item was in the store the other three argued with me about how I was making my purchase telling me they could not do what I needed them to when I knew in fact they could and when I asked the first lady for the csm she looked at like I was stupid so I said ok ill get one and had to go find one on my own who corrected the tree employees and told them I was right

It is sad when one goes to get tires and they tell them to put the new one in front and the front ones on the back after waiting over a hr. Then we walk out side and they only put the newone on the back ... Then i call them and there is no one there that can answer why they didnt do what was asked of them .we spend lots of money on gas just to take our cars there for them not to do what we asked in the 1st place now we have to spend more money on gas to take it up there again so they can do what we asked them to do in the 1st place

I bought something out of the Bakery and then returned back to church (I put item in refrigerator). After evening service I got item and went home. The package had never been opened. I took item out of bag and there were baby roaches in it. The next morning ( Monday), I called the store and complained about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. "You probably got them from your church." I tried to explain to her that was not possible and was hang up on. I will not buy anything else from your Bakery.
