We have done business with Badcock for the last couple of years. The customer service has been excellent. We bought a mattress, washer dryer, and recliner. The washer we bought had a malfunction the first time we used it, we called, brought in the washer and it was immediately exchanged. Gary, Amy, and the rest of the Crew at Badcock have been awesome. They are good to their word and have been very easy to conduct business.

Wasnt helped and it took a 1/2 loop around the store b4 I was greeted. I will spend my money elsewhere. It wasnt worth the visit
