We visited because we saw that it was listed as a used video game store that sold retro consoles. At the time, we were looking for a charger for my wifes Gameboy SP. Not only did the store carry exactly what we needed, we saw that they also carried games, consoles, controller and cables for just about every great console you can think of. Unlike the big box retailers, this shop didnt just stop selling Xbox and Playstation 2 games because they werent as popular anymore. We were also very impressed by the gaming museum in the upstairs area. I got to play a Commodore 64! Great place. Highly recommended.

I thought my computer was kaput. Went into Mr. Robot to see if he could salvage the hard drives and set them up as externals. Rob diagnosed the problem in ten minutes, fixed the computer within a couple of hours and by mid-afternoon I was back in business with my computer in tact. He saved me money, fixed my computer, and is a nice guy to boot! Ill definitely be back.

Great variety of old and new consoles! Friendly, knowledgeable service. Pricing is spot on and the museum really had me blown away. They helped me bring my SNES back from the dead, and both locations (Canton and Waynesville) are right in my neighborhood.

After a hard drive crash, I called to make an appointment. Rob took care of my computer that same day. He retrieved my information from my exterior hard drive back-up. I was up and running in no time...Great work!!!
