ODIO EL SERVICIO DE WALMART El día 18 de agosto 2017 a las 16:09 en la caja #21 la cajera NOOO saludo, NOOO me dijo que pasará mi tarjeta de crédito, NOOO hablo en lo más mínimo en una actitud por demás ANTIPATICA, cosa ya muy común en esta tienda, llamé en ese momento para dar mi queja al manager y me quedé esperando a que un asociado me atenderá el teléfono, hoy intento enviar un email al corporativo vía su página en Internet y NOOO da opción verdaderamente los tiempos cuando Wal-Mart era la tienda de todos ha quedado muy atrás.

Store# 03447 store manager Dave Childs August 28th, 2017. I was in your store picking up something for dinner tonight, as I always do. But today I thought let me do some repotting, so I went to the garden center for soil. There was a man there who helped me get it into my cart. I asked the cashier if I could get some one to help me place the soul into my car. She said no problem, so I waited 12 &1/2 minutes. No problem I am a retired senior citizens, thats what I do . The manager Larry ... black man wearing a yellow vest , hair cut very close to scalp about 55 yelled over to cashier "where"!. She pointed to me, he looked at me and said, okay lets go, lets do this, come on come on. Well to my amazement, he did not offer to get the cart, although I was struggling with it, I was able to get it turned around to follow him, while he rush ahead hurrying along. Halfway to the door, he yelled at young male white and said can you help me get her to her car, the young man replied, yes ... and continue to ecort me to my car. The 1st man turned and walked away. I not understanding this rudeness. Please explain

I was shopping at this Wal-Mart on Main St., in Whitehall, and they had Composition More Books priced for, .50 cents. I went to check out and they rang up for .67 cent. After talking with a manager she informed me that the ones I had were not .50, but someone say them with the .50 cent ones. I told her that there were a lot of the ones that I had picked up, in that aisle where they were marked .50 cent. Do you think that I got them for the price they had on the end cap for .50 cent. Oh no! The manager acted likes she could care less. Ive worked as a Cashier and in customer service for years, and I was taught, that the customer is always right, and they should have been given to me for the price that was on the shelf, in spite of the mix up. This is why I dont like to shop at Walmart, and prefer shopping else where.

This is the nearest major Box Store to my house I am at this Walmart often probably three times a month. Today I was surprised to have a very good experience here. This Walmart has been improving over about the last 6 months previously it had been manned by workers who didnt care and suffered from a poor neighborhood surrounding it constantly stealing.. today I interacted with for employees three of which word genuinely working hard trying to do a good job interacted with the customer and within their skills and abilities helped me find my purchase pay for my purchase and properly tinted the paint that I was buying in a moderately quick fashion I have absolutely no complaints about this particular visit and in fact would like to say that everyone involved including the person being trained did great job

Purchased my daughters 4th birthday cake. I ordered it 8 days ahead and picked it up a day later (just to make sure it would be ready) and after the gentleman behind the counter was VERY NICE! Now the 3 other cackling hyenas who were also behind the counter talked amongst themselves and ignored myself and another customer. The guy wrote on my cake and made sure he had the correct spelling, and in addition to the door greeters and u-scan monitor/cashiers we very very nice, and wished my daughter and happy birthday and asked if it was OK to give my child a dollar (made her day). Now we sing and blow out candles and cut the cake, and it was some of the most dry cake EVER!!!!! Next year we wont go here NO MATTER WHAT!!! BOO

Horrible. I wish this store hired more professional people. Waited at the jewelry counter for 45 minutes to purchase some earrings. Asked 3 people for assistance. One completely ignored Me! I even called the store while waiting in line and was put on hold for 10 minutes! I am done with Wal-Mart and will take my business elsewhere. I know they dont care that they are losing 1 person, but I wish they would close this facility or hire people that are there to actually work and not just for a paycheck. Wish I didnt have to give it any stars because it was positively dreadful shopping here.

Havent been in Walmart for years just had to go in for my sister in law. Almost forgot why I havent been there in so long. Go shopping for five minutes and stand in line for 20. The cashier acted like he has been there all day moving slow. He also had food on the register like they cannot get a break. There were also three cashiers open and lines of people waiting in line good prices bad customer service in the means of getting people in and out... Walmart needs to start training people in those means. Im sure Im not the first person who has rated this as such.

This place is like an ordinary Walmart, so its cheap and convenient, but the lines to check out are soooooooo long. It pretty much forces you to use self check out. Oh, also, theres one employee there, a young guy with dreadlocks who makes it obvious that he doesnt care at all about his job, but he seems like such a relaxed and chill person that its fun to watch him try to care about the customers.

This is by far the worst Walmart in Columbus. If I could give a lower score...I would. Not only is the staff too uppity and self righteous to help anyone the store is in constant diseray, opened packages with missing items always laying around, bathrooms are always disgusting never kept up. If you can go somewhere else...do it. The only thing you can do to improve this place is to shut it down.

A man brought his snake in the store, and the snake threw up a rat in the Self Check Out area... He then tried to say it wasnt his, and that his snake ate little white mice, not rats.. Like dude where the hell did this big ass slimy rat come from if it wasnt your snake? And what in the hell possesses you to bring the damn thing in the store after a feeding anyways!!? #AbsolutleyDisgusting

If you belong to a certain minority class or demographics, be prepared to be discriminated against, talked bad behind your back (but just loud enough for you to hear), and feel miserable because the unprofessional treatment that you got for shopping at the Walmart in White Hall. Take my advice and buy that exact same item somewhere else. Anywhere else.
