Horrible service i had leased to own a tv through them for my new apartment and a family emergancy came up and had to take the next flight out to AZ for 2 weeks and i had sent the money to a family friend who aparrently did not send the payments for the 2 weeks no problem when i get back into the state they greeted me the morning. I got back threatening to press charges and get the police involved i advised that there was no reason to do that and to just come and pick it up until i got the money back from family friend the following morning cause they couldnt give me a day leave way so i got the money for them and showed up first thing in the morning to pay off the debt and then some thats where they told me i had to fill out all new information application and start over thats when i told them that nothing has changed that it was the same information and i was i Between jobs and my current job couldnt verify for 2 weeks thats when he said i lost the tv then for at least 2 weeks after allready paying close to 300 bucks to the tv that was "none refundable" i feel genuinley taken advantage of and dont feel like those people are "friends" not to mention when they came to pick up the tv they just walked into my place before i was even home i walked into them taking it like wtf? 0 out of 5 horrible service Update ****** 12/19 i just went to the rent a center office next door again since i have been at my new job (hottopic) for almostt 2 months now and they can verify my employment not to mention i got a nother job (auto detailing) and i tried to get my tv back they ask me to fill out a new application (which im use to) i fill it out and turn it in thats when the manager says what do you want so i told him my tv and i still need a laptop for school then he tells me he cant do both (go figure) so i ask if my fiance can cosign with her income mind you both of us make 4000 a month easily we have 4 methods of employment (being 19 sucks) and thats when the guy say it was to hard for him to get ahold of me last time and he has to refuse service like are you seriously kidding me right now last time i checked this is a business. Still rate it 0 outta 5 for sure have been using a computer moniter for the past 4 months me and my WHOLE family.

I would recommend this store. The people are very friendly and treat you with the best care ever. I have been going to them for about four months now and I am very glad I chose to do business with them.
