I bought my iPad 2 here and paid a full warranty including accident cover. My iPad screen broke and i went back to the store to get it fixed and when they fixed it it didnt look like an original, it had no Apple logo on the back or anything to say that is an Apple product. The edges around the charging slot where so sharp that you could cut yourself and the speakers would not work anymore as well.My child uses the iPad and we had to sand the edges to smooth it out because it wasnt safe for her to use it. I returned it back to them and asked them that i want it fixed properly and make sure that it had the logo. But it took them a month to get back to me and they still hadnt done what i had ask them to do. When I contacted them again I told them to fix it and I will not pick it up until they fix it.They said they will call me back, but it took them 7 days and they told me that to pick it up because they will not fix it again,because thats how they fix iPads and its not their problem.The manager never wanted to speak with me and never called me back even though I requested to talk with him. So I had to pick it up, but my iPad looks like a cheap chinese copy and it still doesnt work properly. I am really disappointed because every year I use to spend around $5000 at this store but now I will never return again or at another best buy. They charge a lot for warranties but when they need to fix something they do not do it properly its just a waste of money and time. If anyone ever wants to buy Apple products I recommend buying directly from Apple because they are so much better and easier to deal with, and they do what they promise unlike Best Buy. Best Buy will never see one penny from me and I have told all of my friends about my bad experience with them, and will keep telling everyone .I will also write everywhere about how badly they treat their customers.

I went in here looking to purchase a game I knew they had price match and figured since I was passing right by I would attempt it and figured whats the worst that could happen they tell me no. Well I found the Gane and had an ad a physical ad showing the dates and the sales. So I walk up to the counter and start to ask the lady as she snatches the items out of my hand mid question. I then proceeded to ask her if they price match, she asks me from where I said gamestop they didnt have the game in Stock she said so they did not have the game then we cant price match?!?! Uhmm what they have the game just not in stock... well if theyou dont physically have the game we dont price match. What was the point of coming here and trying this if they had the game I would buy it their so she pulls out her phone and looks to see if any nearby has them she finds one then tells me she has to talk to the manager comes back and tells me the game is 59.99 and that the 20 was automatically taken off I showed her the ad which says the game is originally 39.99 and on sale for 19.99 and she wouldnt have it told me to go try finding some9ne stupid somewhere else... will NEVER shop here again. Sorry for the long post.

I would like to share my experience that I encountered at the Best Buy in Roseville with everyone. There are some very knowledgeable people working there, and I would like to call them out! Ed and Josh you are the best! Josh was helping me with something I had ordered ahead of time that I was having complications with. While Josh was looking into the issue, Ed came over to help me out with my surround system. I would have to say Ed is really knowledgeable in the surround system products over there, and could have probably sold me anything that day. I went in there just to pick up an order, but Ed took the time to help me with every other little issue I had and put forth much effort in making sure I was satisfied. Every time that I now go to the store I look for Ed when I need help. And I would refer any of my friends or family to go and see Ed, hes one of your top guys over there in my mind and I hope you guys recognize this. Thanks again Ed! Thats customer service at its finest .

This by far is the worst Best Buy out there I will never step foot in that store again. Went to return a drone that was purchased at the Lansing store. The drone was purchased by an American Legion Post for a door prize that i had won. The drone was defective and un controllable They completely refused to take the item back they said i had to contact the manufacture about the issue, and thats another story all by itself. The manufacture dont answer calls or emails which is BS!!!!!!!!!!! So i decided to call the Lansing store and spoke with the manager and explained what the problem was, he told me its not a problem bring the unit back and they will exchange it or refund me. This is not my first issue with the Roseville store so if you plan on purchasing something from Best Buy i would steer clear of the Roseville MI store they need to be slapped down a notch or two. Fire everybody in management or shut this store down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Half of these bad reviews are about geek squad services. Best buy only sells the warranties, they dont service them.....write bad reviews on geek squads page Please for the love of god before you write reviews on specific ideas about a store get your facts straight....geek squad services bestbuys tech contracts and best buy employees of one store cannot give you what you want if it wasnt OKed by geeksquad for service issues....as for the review of Josh.... He isnt rude unless some crazy person had been screaming at him for 30 min straight about a fridge....I had a whole falling out with Electrolux and geeksquad awhile back and josh helped me through it all...nice guy.....every manager there is very helpful sans maybe a bad day.....but we all have those dont we people?.... Try asking first before walking in and yelling at people ....I have been shopping at thus store for years now and I will go back again when I need something for an inexpensive price and want it now.

I went to this one to buy my first laptop, I had never been here before! I had been to one on John R near 14 mile rd, for years I went there for my computers or TVs! But this one is now closer to where I now live! Anyway, I went to the computer area, and right away a nice sales girl came up to help me! And she helped me the whole time! I picked out one laptop, but had gotten the wrong box under the display, because they didnt have the right one there! But she went to theyre storage area and got the right one for me! She also made sure I found me a good cordless mouse to go with it! She was very friendly the whole time, and very patient too! It was very early in the morning when I went, so there werent allot of people there! But in any case I got to pay for my laptop and mouse right in the computer area! So even if there had been a long line at the cashiers, I wouldnt had to wait! So it was a good experience for me!
