My phone is vital for the work I do as a tour director. My old phone was still working, but slow and outdated. I had ordered a new phone recently in the hope that it would arrive before leaving on an upcoming trip. The manager, Mark, was very patient with my "checking in" periodically to see if it had arrived. He assured me that when it got to the store, they would contact me immediately. I got an email from UPS stating that it was heading to Imlay City last Wednesday morning. When I got the call that it was in, I was relieved. It took quite a while to "transfer" the information from my old phone to the new one, but Susana did not give up. She worked overtime and went way above and beyond the call of duty to get my new phone ready for me. Thank you, Susana and Mark for helping me be better prepared to do my job this past weekend. Your perseverance paid off, and my new phone was really a pleasure to use. Thanks again!

I came here 2 times this was the absolute WORST WORST sevice I ever had. I came in my phone was not longer touching mind u I pay for insurance every month.. For this reason! I walk in the guy doesnt even look up doesnt greet me when I walk in I had to make conversation first then he randomly cut me off to say we cant help u I then asked for different alternatives or to speak to someone who can an he ignored me kept looking down at his computer not once did he ask questions or look at the phone nor even look at me! The second time I came in there was a girl horrible service as well she couldnt even touch the phone because he nails were so long she had to tell me what to do in the settings. SAVE YOUR TIME AN DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I also tried to contact manager and they hung up on me! 2/22/16

Thank you sprint for being the biggest POS to me. Trying to tell me I refused insurance on my phone and now that there are know issues that I have they wont repair the phone. And now they cant add insurance because its been over 6 month.... they can never get their story straight... and refuse to fix it bc now there are known issues battery overheating... battery draining fast... not charging properly, and the s pen wont stay in... I should have been able to walk in and out of the store. The thing that really pisses me off is the old ass guy in the Imlay City Sprint store saying he worked for sprint for 15 years Sprint wont fire him... I was playing Pokémon Go and other Local sprint users even said was it the old guy im the store? Bc he was rude af to me also...

My Sprint Pocket WiFi kept disconnecting me from the internet. I took it to the Romeo store. The guy was nice to update it but he said nothing was wrong with it. But I got home and it kept disconnecting me. So I took it to the Imlay City store twice. Twice a guy tried to help me. He said nothing was wrong with it but each time Id get home and it would disconnect me. I tried it on three different computers. After church today (Sunday) I took it in and spoke with Suzanna (spelling?). She too was very helpful. She adjusted the software and now it works okay! Sometimes it takes a skilled woman to get things done! Thank you so much Suzanna! Our business depends on this air card. You save me from having to send it into the manufacturer for repair!

Do NOT shop here for anything. I bought a charger for my phone from there and told the associate my phone so he would give me the right charger. It didnt work, so I took it back. When I took it back, the manager (who was sitting right next to the associate who made the sale) claimed they didnt sell that charger there. I spent $30 on this charger that didnt work for my phone only to be told they didnt sell it to me... the kicker is I am not the first person this has happened to. If you dont want to be ripped off, dont shop here.

I went into the store about a week or so ago and waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. And when I finally did get greeted, Shawn was not delightful at all. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and his co workers. I inquired about an upgrade and he talked to me like I was stupid and should have known my options before hand. If youre looking for help do not visit this sprint store nor Shawn.

Junior and Susanna were both incredible. We changed over 3 phones and they couldnt have been more patient and nice. Its so nice to have Sprint Reps that are that knowledgeable. As far as switching phones and the pain it can be, they were also both quick and helpful with the transfers. We will be back and we will remain loyal to that store. Great job guys!!!

Place is a complete joke... if you see a girl working in there just turn around and find another sprint store because she is useless... you will thank me later ... sprint should shut them down .. get someone new in there who cares about the the customer. ..
