Not a game stop fan. However I wanted a Nintendo Switch on launch day and so I went at noon (yes noon) to makes sure I got one of the few walk ins they had. So I got to see the store operate for 12 hours. The staff was kind and responsive to customers. They were amazingly accommodating for those of us waiting to buy one at midnight, and polite to all customers I saw come in. All staff that worked that day were professional and personalble and made it a fantastic experience for all of us that were there. In particular, the manager Allen was particularly awesome and accommodating for us, and the whole staff is the rea and son I will be a future customer of this game stop. Keep up the amazing work!

This is some of the best service I have ever received. I had an issue with a new 3ds out of the box and due to high demand I wasnt going to be able to get it exchanged in the 30 day period because they were out of stock. But fear not the manager Allen went out of his way to make sure I would be able to get an exchange no matter what and was very caring about the matter. I will always go to this store even if it is not the closest!

The manager there was an ass hole to me and my girl friend and was getting smart. We didnt understand what he was trying to relay to us and instead of putting it in different terms he got frustrated and got smart so we just walked out before he got cussed out by me.

Bought a new xbox . Got home and noticed someone had taken it apart and didnt even finish putting it back together. Took it back and although they knew who i was from the day before, they refused to take it back for no receipt

Helpful people and a nice area for other stuff, bug parking is terrible because it is near campus. Youll have to pay to park most likely so factor that in to how long you stay in the store.
