I was in your Apple Store on Saturday July 13th around 4pm with my niece who has a Apple I Phone 4, she had shattered her screen, I was advised by 2 Apple employees, the only way the phone could be fixed was to REPLACE THE PHONE, the screen was not a removable part, I was confused, 1 month earlier my nephew had the same problem with the EXACT same phone, I PHONE 4. At that time 1 on the same Apple employees advised me they COULD replace the screen for a charge of $49.99. I passed for the time due to the wait. So, when I returned on July 13th,I did not understand how, with in 1 month something could change and was advised that all componets are bulit into the front screen and it can not be replaced, they advised me I would have to by a new phone for $149.00 . Look, I have been in sales sine 1993, I knew this was a sales pitch, so, I ask 1 more time if the screen could be replaced, again, was advised NO, BAD SERVICE APPLE! I walked straight out your doors, and right into Easton Mall, where my niece I PHONE SCREEN was removed and replace right in front of me!!! AMAZING, Please stop MISLEADING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Guess what, her I PHONE WORKS GREAT after having a non employee from Apple, replace her SCREEN ONLYor the IMPOSSIBLE if you walk into Apple. I understand I am 1 person and will not affect your business at all, but, please stop trying to sale something that could of been just simply repiared. BAD SERVICE...

I will not return to this store. I bought my first Mac from this store in 2006. The hard drive crashed after only a year. when I took it to the store to get fixed they lost the computer. I received a new one where that hard drive crashed twice. After all of this I still decided to buy another Mac a few months ago because I am a graphic designer. I have had this computer for less than 2 months when the apple store at easton transfered my old mac to my new one there were problems on my new computer. I took it in to be fixed and it was not corrected the first time. I took it back a few weeks later an the woman was no help at all. She didnt look at the problem and didnt even try to solve it. All she told me was to let them erase it or I could erase it myself. luckily we have another apple store in the columbus area. I took it to the store at polaris and they fixed it within minutes it was a quick and easy fix. I was so happy I didnt listen to this "professional" who didnt even take the time to look at my computer or the problem. I am VERy dissatisfied with the customer service at the store at easton when you spend 3,000 dollars on a computer they should at least take the time to try and solve the problem for you. not just tell you to erase your computer with out even turning it on to see if there is something else that could work.

I had a very stressful day today when my phone was ruined with a lemonade spill. I knew I needed to get a same-day replacement, and I was long-due for an upgrade. I got online and reserved an 64g iphone 6s, and I was excited to get my new device. While there, I was paired with a very nice and knowledgeable young lady named Calli. She explained the details of changes made by my provider (and seemed to be just as knowledgeable of these changes as reps from AT&T--they should pay her commission!). Unfortunately, I was not able to get the phone that day at the Apple store, because AT&T no longer allows shared family upgrades through the Apple store (big bummer). Even though I couldnt get it there, Calli used a good amount of time locating and finding AT&T stores and asking them if they had the phone that I wanted in stock. We didnt have success, and I left a little frustrated and disappointed, but I wanted to give a shout out to Calli at the Easton Apple store for going the extra mile to make a customer happy. P.S. I did finally locate the phone at a Hamilton Rd. store that had just gotten them in, so I will be back to Apple soon to get my reliable icare plan!

I went to the Apple store in Easton a couple weeks ago because I was considering buying an Apple Watch and wanted to see/handle one in person. I got to the store and had to sign up on a list just to be able to hold an Apple Watch. Once I got connected to a sales rep (Jeremy? Jeffrey? I forget his name), all he did was talk about how he uses his Apple Watch and told me about his family. I guess some people would find this cute, but I came to the store to learn more about the product, not more about the workers there. I even told him I just came in to mess around with the watch and see if it was for me, but he wouldnt shut up about his kids - he showed me Instagram videos of them talking and pictures of them on his phone for about 20 minutes. By then I was fed up and told him I had to leave. I miss the good old days when you could walk into an Apple store just to mess around with the products that they sell without having to sign up to hold things and without needing supervision by a sales rep. I still got the Apple watch, but I went to Best Buy instead for my business. Apple sells great products - just this store has terrible service.

I had an amazing experience with this Apple Store! I made an appointment online (It is a little hard to get appointments due to the amount of people wanting to come in). I took my Macbook in because out of no where the keyboard was not working at all at first, and then eventually my Macbook wouldnt even start up anymore. I had apple care (thank god), and they said the repair would be free under warranty to replace my keyboard. I had cracked my screen months before taking it into the store and they said the depot that they ship my laptop out to would automatically fix the screen, even though I only wanted the keyboard fixed, and THIS APPLE STORE PAID FOR THE SCREEN REPLACEMENT, NEW BATTERY, NEW FRONT COVER, NEW TRACKPAD, NEW EVERYTHING!!! It honestly looks brand new, and the computer is super fast! I am so thankful that they not only took the time to fix my original problem, AND other problems for FREE! I took my Macbook in on a Thursday and I picked it up fully repaired the Tuesday after. Less than a week for a complete repair. I am completely satisfied. Not too mention that the staff was extremely friendly to me. THANK YOU !

Went in to get an Apple Watch already having done my research. Was not acknowledged by any of the members working (there were workers having conversations with one another, on their phones, and just wondering aimlessly). Went to pick up one of the Apple Watches go show my interest only to have a gentleman ask to see it so that he may continue to sell to a gentleman he was already selling to. I told the woman by the door with the clipboard that I knew what I want (size, colour, everything) and just needed to buy. She pointed to the gentleman who only saw the watch he wanted to sell and not even myself who was holding the watch and said that if I just stood by, he would help me out. Said he was "just talking to the other guy at the moment." Then proceeded to turn away from me and walk away without even pausing for my response. Will be taking my money elsewhere.
