HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. brand new stove would not work, called the store for warranty, told I have to call their special number for service.. waited on hold for 50 mins for them to answer, they assigned me Appliance repair guy said they will call within 24 hours to arrange appointment, NO CALL EVER.. I called left messages 3 days finally on day 5 Appliance repair guy calls from block number leave message says thats Not their area..to call ABC back..and they had referred the service order back to them prior.. Call again ABC.. waited forever again.. finally got a rude lady who said " If i am unhappy i should just called Whilpool direct for service called them .. AGAIN left holding in.. they said would send Repair guy out in 4 more days and I have to wait for 4 hour window for their appointment.. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM ABC APPLIANCE CENTER>>.... its like dealing with a bunch of shady Use car Dealership.. ( i seriously apologies to the Shady use car dealer Even they dont deserve the comparison ) Even 1 Star is way to generous .. I stay with the big box Centers next time

Yeah so our 21 year old GE side by side is on its last leg and we were shopping for a New French Door Samsung Refrigerator. Was going to stop at Home Depot as they were having Spring Black Friday Sale. We stopped at ABC though as well. Glenn helped up, and did a fine job however, I believe ABC is overstating the capacity on at lease this one unit. The stickers on the door clearly indicate it is a 26CF unit. Glenn gave us a great deal $1668 I believe. I took photos of the stickers with model number and basic unit info and told Dave we would probably be back Saturday afternoon. My wife wanted to check the price though at Home Depot so we went back and had the Appliance Guys look up the Samsung unit. His price was identical to ABC however, the unit is actually 24.7CF not 26. Yes it could be an honest mistake, but it had been there quite a while as there were 3 sale price stickers in decending order. So they would have had to make the same mistake 3 times on the units capacity. Lesson learned, Always check specification by model number at a second source.

This will be the LAST time I shop here due to terrible service. We shopped around for a new washer/dryer and settled on the ABC Warehouse at 23 Mile & Gratiot because they had a dryer in stock and promised the washer would arrive on their truck next day. (My appliances broke, and we were leaving for vacation that weekend and needed to do laundry first. This was the main reason we purchased this set from this store.) We took the dryer with us and returned two days later to pick up the washer but it apparently didnt get ordered because it wasnt there. We were then told the soonest we could pick it up was between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the evening before we left for vacation (depending when their next truck arrived). We did not receive an apology or explanation as to why our washer wasnt there when promised because our sales person was on vacation... I bet he was able to do laundry before he left for his vacation. Anyway, I realize people make mistakes, but a little customer service can go a long way.

I went to ABC Warehouse when we moved into our new house I needed a washer a dryer a refrigerator stove and dishwasher they wouldnt go down on the price of all five of them not even one penny so I asked them to throwing in an over the counter microwave and they still wouldnt and they wouldnt take it down any money at all so I went to Sears and bought all five things and with the points I got from buying all five appliances I had enough to pay for my over the counter microwave and have some money left over. So I wont return to people that wont work with me and ABC Warehouse definitely had no interest in working with me even though I was making such a large purchase. I didnt expect a great deal but I thought they would at least take a little bit off since I was buying all 5 at the same time. I would not recommend this ABC Warehouse to anyone

I dont know about the 4 and 5 stars that everyone is giving, but I only go there if I realy have to and because I have good credit with them. The sales people stand at the front door like sharks in bloody water. I tried to purchase a 32 TV and came across one that was $179. I had to go get a salesman to help me, I showed him what I wanted, they were "sold out" of that model. But he talked me into an upgrade that really was not that bad but almost $100 more. They now add in the warranty price without asking if you want it or not. BEWARE.

Everyone here is super friendly and wants you to be a satisfied guest. They really try their best with in their limits to give you deal that works for you. I dont feel as though they are fighting for each sale that comes in the door which can come off very annoying and sometimes just insulting at other big name retail stores. I have been to other ABC warehouses before and this one is the most nice and most organized appearance, I plan on getting all my future furniture, bedding, electronics and appliances from you guys.

Quick service, but the salesman "called" another store to check if they had a washer in stock and they "didnt answer." He told me the computer only said they had 1 in stock, so it was probably a floor model and I was taking a huge risk going over there, because they wouldnt have it. When I arrived at the other store they ended up having 4 in stock ready to go plus the floor model. This guy was just trying to keep his numbers good instead of getting the customer the product the quickest.

Our sales experience was good. However the disconnect, install and reconnect leaves a lot to be desired. The disconnect was at 8 this morning. The delivery was at 11 and were still waiting for the reconnect. My house is a mess. I have 2 appliances sitting in my dining room not connected yet. Its now after 2. The entire day tied up with appliance delivery. This is ridiculous! And, we paid extra for the disconnect and reconnect! 9 HOURS LATER THE INSTALLATION IS ALMOST COMPLETE!

I dont know what happened to this place, we have made several purchases here over the years and it has been great, but now the sales people seem to ignore you, and when they do help they dont want to hear about lower prices. When you do buy something it is hard as hell to find a place to pay. We will not be returning to this store.

Good selection, but didnt like being almost hinted at I was dumb because I didnt know the difference between a stove option since I just wanted something to cook on and bake in. I dont need all the fancy things. I can do cheaper ways to keep my oven clean.
