Geek Squad was a mess. I dont usually shop at Best Buy but Ive heard geek squad is great to complete installations. I will never use them again, nor ever shop at best buy again after this experience. Among the highlights, was saying they would not be able to make the appointment, then showing up at my house unannounced 15 minutes later. Rude, unprofessional and my girlfriend was not expecting them. Not being able to complete the job in 1 day because the guy they sent was so inexperienced he did not feel comfortable running speaker wire, thats right I said speaker wire. Second day was a total unexpected interruption to some rare time off for me and they wasted my entire day. 1 guy knew what was going on, but did not have the geek squad truck so did not have the needed supplies. The other guy who could not run speaker wire was the one with the truck, um what? And why not give each of your employees a stocked truck? Are you F*****g serious? What a complete waste of time. Also best buy pays substandard wages to these guys so the knowledgeable guy was not happy and let us know he was quitting any day. He was intelligent and it was clear to him and us that geek squad was a complete mess. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Also my call to customer service promised a $100 gift card, that call took over 30 minutes. The store manager got on the line and he argued with the representative since she did not know how to handle my complaint. Manager seemed like he could care less and was overworked. 2 months + later and guess what? No $100 gift card. Clearly no one cares at this company save your hassles and precious time and shop elsewhere.

WE bought an inexpensive Tmobile phone in July from Best Buy.. in mid October the phone would not turn on. When I went to store to get some help, I was told the Nokia phone had a 15 day warranty and BB return policy was 2 weeks. I did not have a protection plan. I spoke with the store operations manager and said to him "this does not seem right, that basically after 2 weeks if the device fails - too bad". he would not admit that this seemed unusual and said "no it seems reasonable to me". Also the return cashier told me the phone did not have a replaceable battery, as I feared this could be the issue. Unsatisfied with their responses, I went to Tmobile and was quickly told the phone had a one year warranty and it did have a replaceable battery. I called Nokia and a very nice person helped me and I think we got the phone working. I feel that BB could have given me Nokias tech support number and been a bit empathetic, "like thats a drag, lets see what we can do". Basically, they stonewalled me. So I promised to right a review. If you want helpful people who care - DONT GO TO BEST BUY. I am currently on hold with BB, as I wanted to talk with a store manager to lodge a complaint.. I have been on hold 10 minutes and counting!

Employees in the cellphone center always seem to be involved in a "clique-party" and customers are virtually invisible, never approached or even acknowledged unless the customer makes the initial contact. The last two times I was there and searching for a specific style of phone carmount, of the 7+ employees gathered in a crowd, talking & laughing, not one offered assistance. The only two employees who were friendly & helpful were the gentleman at the front door and the gentleman at the Geek Squad desk. Both of them were ready to go above and beyond to assist. The womens restroom was horrendously dirty, commodes unflushed, toilet paper on the floor and the handicapped stall had the added treat of a pair of soiled panties on the gripper bar by the giant roll of paper not in its dispenser. I purchased a Bluetooth earpiece for work for $60 plus a $12 suggested warranty. The piece was stolen from me within a week, I asked for a replacement under the warranty but...no, sorry, zero coverage for loss/theft. So I went across the parking lot to the MetroPCS dealer & got the same unit for $25. Im losing any desire to continue to shop at Best Buy.

After going to this store to spend about $2000 on a flat screen tv and sound system, I left with nothing. No wonder Best Buy is in financial trouble if they let people such as myself walk out empty-handed. Salesperson was friendly enough, but not knowledgeable about the tvs and, when he found out that this store or surrounding stores didnt have an item that was on display, let me walk away without making any suggestions on alternative models or going to find out if there was another way to get the item shipped to their store. It was so obvious that they didnt want to help me that I didnt push the issue; I had done my research, so why waste time there when I can go online and have the item shipped to my door? Also, I wanted to buy an accompanying sound system for the tv, but the display was not properly working for all models, so I couldnt compare makes/models.

The car stereo technicians Are outstanding They went out of their way To find a antenna adapter. I needed female to female adapter I went online I called people I called stores no 1 ever heard of search of adapter. I called the store on tunnel road have a technician said he was not a 100 percent sure what I needed he told me come by so he could see xactly what I need it. the next morning I went there the technician remembered talking to me I showed him what I needed ham and the other technicians never heard of that kind of adapter. 1 technician said I have a bag of wires that's where his personal wires he dumped them out on the counter and pic a 6 inch wire I yelled that's it ask him how much he said 0 he always wondered who will ever would. use something like that. The lord Definitely have his hands in the whole thing. Thank you

My computer wouldnt boot, so I took it to Best Buy and John at the Geek Squad was helping me. Unfortunately there was a mishap in the process of checking out the problem and my hard-drive was damaged. John took full responsibility for the accident, and had the hard-drive sent to the Data Recovery Center in Louisville, KY at Best Buys expense. The end result is that all my data was successfully recovered at no cost to me. I am highly impressed by the professionalism shown by the Geek Squad, and especially by John, in taking all the steps necessary to solve the problem. Accidents happen to all of us, and its heartwarming to know that there are people like John, and companies like Best Buy, who step up to the plate and who -- not only accept responsibility -- but make sure the problem is rectified. Kudos to Best Buy for a job well done!!

My favorite Best Buy Store ever. The customer service is off the charts. People trying to help people. Great employees here. I rely on Best Buy to stop by and see whether I would be comfortable owning the certain newest product I need to see things up close and test it out to know if its a good fit for me. This store has a great vibe and is always clean and orderly. You should be able to walk around here and get to know the products with out having to ask for directions. You can buy the google pixel here, go pro, Microsoft surface pro, Car and motorcycle GPS, Activity trackers and many of the best electronics are here. If they dont carry what you are looking for they most likely know who in town does.
