This place has horrible customer service ! No one really genuinely cares about selling you the best for your needs, but only about the sale itself. Purchased a mattress and box spring. When I thought the deal I was getting was good, getting the bed home wrapped in plastic I realized they wrapped up the floor model and gave that to me instead of a new mattress ..and the bed displays a firm side on the right of the bed and a plush side on the left side of the bed . (Hard and soft) on the same bed to differentiate which feel you would like . Not to mention. It was extremely dirty from all of the customers that sit and lay one the bed . I was told from other abc employees i had 30 days for an exchange and 90 days with the manufacturer warranty. I has now been less that 2 weeks only because of the runaround. When I returned the (UNOPENED)mattress and box spring they told me I can not return a bed. I Told the general manager it was unopened then he said because its a floor model I cant return it. And told me to call the "heartline" number ,that he cant make that decision. After calling the number they just took my name and number and had their regional manager call me to just tell me they dont return mattresses and I explained the story and he then tells me that he cant make that call that he needs more information from the store gm.. ....???.. but I thought that I was calling the regional mgr to make a decision. . Well at the end of the phone call he said after he get more information from the store gm he will call me back . "But just so Im aware abc warehouse does not return beds." And that he will call me right back. It has been four (4) days . Nothing and I still have a unopened, dirty, multi-comfort sectional surfaced bed that I cant use . Not only is this store a place your should not shop, none of the staff is knowledgeable in any department they are placed in. Only giving them the benifit of the doubt that they did not choose the department they are in . Its not possible to rate this place under one star but that would be being generous. DO NOT shop here if you are unsure what your buying or need any kind of assistance in making your decisions. You will leave feeling unhappy ripped off and broke .

Terrible place that lies through their teeth to make a sale. Whan you lie to a disabled person whos life depends on the product you are selling them (an air conditioner for a severe asthmatic) you will lie to anyone! Keith (who conveniently no longer works there) promised me if I had ANY TROUBLE WHATSOEVER with the unit they would exchange it immediately due to the fact that I absolutely can not be without A C. The unit broke down and they ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to do as promised leaving me to the factory warranty which is taking so long to resolve (my greatest fear) that I now must purchase another air conditioner! Their excuse, its against store policy. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. Dont believe their smooth talking salespeople like I did. What a horrible mistake! Dont do business with this place. You will regret it!

I pitcked up a new 65 inch LG 4K TV Excellent picture, easy set up, very good integrated sound system, attractive design. LGs Web OS 3.0 operating system is easy to use and apps work well. The picture is hands down the best Ive seen on any TV. While there isnt that much 4K HDR content out there, the difference is noticeable. Even in a well lit room glare is minimal and the TV is perfectly watchable. The built in Harmon Kardon is also very good. While it obviously doesnt have the punch of a powerful home theater speaker system, it is significantly better than other built in TV speakers Ive experienced from Samsung, and helps simplify connections and keep the room clean. So if your in the Market for a new TV go see John Ausilio, very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I went to ABC "just" to ask a Question about My $1000 stereo I purchased and the salesman at the front door didnt really know anything about the system so he ask a guy by the name of KEVIN he proceeded to cut me off while talking telling me I needed a Bluetooth DVD player then another customer walked in he "Kevin" literally walked away. I was so Pissed I had to walk away before I became ignorant like he was. Ill NEVER GO BACK THERE. I Should have stuck with Best Buy

Came here to help a friend pick up furniture and unload it. He was told his items would be ready Monday, today is Tuesday and multiple items were still "in transit." We waited over an hour before they even started loading the items that were in the building all the while nobody seemed to be able to give us a straight answer about where the missing items were. Terrible customer service while the store was basically empty.

The guy who sold me my tv took 100 off to match an online price i found. So he saved me the time and hassle of getting it shipped. Service aside, if the price is right and it works thats whats important to me.

prepare to get bum-rushed soon as you walk in. This place has fairly decent prices, but If you like salesmen breathing down your back, this is the place to go. If not, stick to Best Buy.
