I walked into this store angry and frustrated after getting the run around from other Best Buys. The managers at this location took extra time and effort to make my experience here a pleasant one. the situation i was in with my laptop purchase was not so good after getting more then one broken laptop. electronics are not perfect and you cant expect them to be but the customer service from the managers was close to it. they all worked together so i walked out the door with a smile on my face. this location is far from my place and i have to pass two other Best Buys to get there. but to me the customer service makes it well worth my time. i will most definitely be back at this location for my next purchase.

I ordered a Verizon iPhone 4S 16GB from BestBuy online at 3pm yesterday. At 3:30pm I got confirmation email that there is iPhone for me in this site. At 4:40pm I sat in the store and wait 30 minutes for my turn. Then wait another 30 minutes I was told they made a mistake. There is no iPHone 4S for me. I have to cancel my order. I have to drive 48 miles back home with nothing just a "SORRY". Compare to the online purchasing experience with Walmart, BestBuy DO have to learn a lot and wish they can be better.

I would never shop here again! They never have anything we are looking for in stock! We then have to wait for a while inline just to have them say. "We can order it for you." I spoke to the manager and he seemed to not care what I had to say. He did tell me it was not their store that orders the stock that corporate does. This tells me corporate isnt doing their job either. Best Buy has lost our families business!

Had a really nice experience with Joe L. at Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy who can troubleshoot just about any question you have about your home computer. Also had a great experience with Jill at the customer service desk. She made looking for my Christmas gifts easy and was happy to help me with any questions I had. Staff here is really friendly and I definitely recommend this location.

Lupe is the best manager I have ever ran into in my life. He pays attention to detail, always makes sure you get the best price. They definitely have consistently hired workers that reflect Lupes great qualities. This is one of my favorite stores. Its nice chatting with people who know what they are talking about and are just as excited about new technology as I am.

Service is the best anywhere and no pressure sales clerks. Always willing to spend time with you answer questions, load your car,easy returns,if out of stock which is hardly ever the case ships to you free and they make you feel like youre the only customer in the store. Associates are not worried if they may not have the right answer but will find out no problem

Bought a stereo with a compatible wired remote. Went in to ask the audio staff a few questions about the install. The claimed the wired remote was incompatible and I was out of luck. Did a little research and installed the remote without a problem. The employees at Best Buy do not know what the hell they are talking about. Buyer beware!

I shop @ this location all the time. They are very helpful. I feel like its my Cheers the store manager makes a effort to shake my hand and ask me about my prior purchases every time Im there. I avoid all other stores because of the personal level of service I get here great job.

This is my favorite store to shop in. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been able to direct me to the proper item based on my needs. It is always clean and well staffed. It doesnt matter what department you shop in, they are always helpful.

As an employed senior, Ron from the Geek Squad was extremely patient with me when I brought laptop in to get it free from a bootloop, whatever that was. runs perfectly now. Would not ever go without Geek Squad service.
