This location is a JOKE! Last year I rented a tablet that I returned 3 weeks after renting and they spent 2 months calling accusing us of missing the payments. Each phone call required the same explanation, why is the staff not communicating or putting the info in the system? I rented a set of bunkbeds a couple months ago and have since discovered that the lack of communication wasnt situational with the tablet, the problem is that those people simply do not know how to do their jobs. Upon renting the beds we elected for no insurance. Every single time we have called to make our payment since getting the beds they have tried to charge us 40 some odd dollars for a set of beds that came with a $19.99 payment. Every single call they have to be reminded to remove the insurance from my account and yet the following week its the same crap. Several people warned me not to deal with this location because of similar issues and I chose to try it due to the fact that its literally at the end of my street. Im extremely irritated with this place and Im looking into switching locations.

I have not one, but 4 items from here. I pay a decent amount of money, every week, with no late payments and no miscommunication. I had an incident where my roommate had locked our dog in my room, and the bed frame I am buying was chewed. The repair man was great at first, until I get a nasty voicemail left on my phone for not being home at my appointment when I was standing at the door with no one in sight. Now, I call and mention I dont even think its repairable. The guy shows zero remorse, and does nothing to try to help. Dorian was the best member here, and now with him leaving, I have half a mind to return all items and get them from Aarons. Maybe theyll be a little easier with the customer service.

Worste staff at this location went out of town let one of the staff know i was amd would pay when i got back. Next day getting multiple calls very annoying
