Tues is not a true corporate store, and do not take customer service seriously. When to go in to have your phone liked at most of the time, its not like at by an actual technician. Their sales consultants dont actually know what they are doing when it comes to cell phones in general.

Not much help once they sell you phones or conversion to Srint from another carrier! Leave you on your own to fox problems or get conversion credits! AT&T customer service was much better.
