Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all, the cashier didnt even acknowledge my existence. Then she refused to run my card as credit and had the nastiest attitude. I ended up telling her I couldnt buy the stuff because the business card I had doesnt have a pin. She promptly took everything out of my bag and threw it on the counter and I left right away. I used to be a cashier and never would I treat a customer the way she did. I will never come back to this store. By the way, she wears a black wrist brace on her right wrist and has long orange-ish hair.

I like this store since the new manger came, He got rid of a few bad apples including the lady that the other reviewer talked about... 3 of the employees there were kinda less than great to be polite, but I havent seen them in a couple months and the newer employees are very polite. I go by here every day running errands and am in at least twice a week looking for something I need. Give it another go if you havent been here in 5-6 months.

Unsatisfied Customer

Terrible location. DO NOT GO HERE. Staff member made the whole store smell like drugs. Apparently Staples does not care if their employees use drugs while attempting to help a customer. Pointing across the store then running to the back room is not customer service. Not going back here again for office supplies. I do not shop places where it is ok to be on drugs. Tried to report the situation but no one cared.

I was looking puzzled as I was attempting to find a specific type of paper insert. A worker came up to me, made a joke and asked what she could help me with. Love seeing personality in staff members. Prices are a little above average though.

I recently used the print center to print a very large project. It came back with an error, but they fixed it all very quickly! Super convenient and friendly. Im very grateful as a brand new business owner!

Small order, tell me what I want to hear on turn around time, then fail 3 times. Drive 33 miles, round trip, 4 times. Im giving 2 stars assuming the product is fine tomorrow, after another trip.
