The people are friendly and helpful; however, I have preordered games, and then not been notified of their release, ever, even many months later. So, for immediate shopping, good; preorders, not so good.

Vastly improved, 2011 this place was my to-avoid location, and now its a to-go location. Good staff and selection... but is a Gamestop, so I cant give it 5 stars.
