No gimmicks like Krogers card needed to get the best price. A very diff family and community experience than that faceless corporate giant called Krogers. Face painting for the kids, beer, wine and food tasters abound.... Interesting that HEB built all those little league baseball fields behind the store with the excess land they had. Krogers would never do that. In an effort to save huge trees, the parking lot is a mess though. More Kroger bashing: Interesting commercial I saw with the Houston area HEB CEO (Scott M) stating that an independent marketing company said that HEB still beats Krogers even with their "cost savings" card on over 50k items. Krogers, get rid of your card and just give the customer the best possible price like HEB and Walmart. In essence, Krogers, youre saying if were dumb enough to shop at your store without your gimmicky savings card youre saying "yeah, well take your money".

I would give this store 5 stars any day of the week. Ill start by saying Im a mother of 2 small children ( 8 months and a 2 yr old) and I love love love the mommy parking. Now lets move to the cute race car carts. My 2 yr old loves the carts. Thus makes my shopping trips so much easier. Next the stores inventory is crazy!!! So much yummy stuff everywhere you look. Prices are great. Staff...omg the staff they are young and so polite and inviting and will walk around all day and help you if you need them too. Check out... I never wait in line for more than 5 mins (huge step up from Walmart whopping 45 mins). The cashier is always so nice and talks to my 2 yr old and gives him a sticker and buddy bucks. And he loves it. This store makes you feel at home but its way cleaner. Lol. Walmart is a thing of the past. Not suprised so many are being shut down. Go HEB go!!!!

This is a new big store. The variety is amazing to me. The customer service is very good. They left trees in the parking lot so there is some shade. This is important here in the summer. I love the way they go out of their way to support the local community. One day, cast members from Fiddler on the Roof were invited to sing in the produce area, to help promote the local community theatre. It was fantastic and so uplifting to hear these beautiful local voices lifted up in harmony for the grocery shoppers to hear. Cool store with a happy atmosphere.

I save money on top of their Good prices with their in-store coupons, and they also have digital coupons from the HEB app. I also am really impressed with the employees there.. The other night I walked out of HEB to RAIN POURING DOWN and their was a young man helping ppl to their vehicle. He walked my son and I safely to my car Keeping us dry as he could and helped me get load my groceriesand get into the car. I thought that was very nice of him.

Im from out of state and walked into this store not quite sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast selections available, especially the organic options. As a northerner, this reminded me a lot of Wegmans. Its truly a one stop shop with groceries, produce, pharmacy, deli, bakery, sushi bar, florist, etc. The prices were great, especially on the organic options. Will definitely be on the lookout for HEB in the future!

They advertised crawfish Friday and Saturday. Now with that said, we called Thursday after noon and the lady told us they would have plenty, we got there at 8:30am and they had no crawfish. I called them Friday night they told us to be there by 6am we got there at 5:30, and they were sold out.. After advertising all week they would have crawfish all they got was 25 bags all weekend. Thanks for the great Easter HEB.

Jay in the produce dept. went above and beyond the call of duty for me. All I asked him to do was check out a watermelon I had picked out to make sure is was "good". He offered to take my watermelon to the back, slice it in half and let me taste it first. It was delicious! So he re-wrapped it for me to buy. I wish all grocery stores had workers like him!!!

Good selection, well-stocked, and a bright, clean atmosphere. Always well-staffed and short checkout lines. Prices are on-par with other supermarkets. Got some chicken once that spoiled in about a week after we bought it, but weve been going here every week since they opened about a year ago, and that was the only bad experience.

Store opened in June, 2015. Very clean and modern. Good product selection and a fun cooking demonstration station in the deli area. I especially enjoy the single serve entrees and meals that they sell fresh (not frozen) in the deli. Good selection of wines, conveniently organized by country, type, and price.

I love HEB: it is always a pleasant experience. Fast & Friendly! I like to get their "ready to cook" entree and always enjoy; however, I will never get their stuffed pork loin chop - it was VERY tough. We could not even chew it - that was $10 wasted.

Pharmacy - poor communication when they are out of stock they do not contact you. I ask them to transfer it to another HEB they cant. Dr. would have to resubmit. Guess who doesnt have time for all this!

Favorite place for all my grocery needs. Always been fresh product, clean, organized and friendly staff. Sushi bar has also always been delicious and guys at the meat counters were always helpful & nice.

The old HEB was better. Employees were nicer and much friendlier. Since the new store opened the prices have jumped up.
