These guys are overpriced, and their customer service is lacking. They check out clerk was rude, and would not take our personal check, as we forgot our new debit card at home. They need to take some customer service skills classes. Basically left $170.00 worth of groceries at the check out counter! Terrible!!!! They could have looked up our Randalls card number and know we were not going to write a bad check. Called the other Randalls in the back of Kingwood thinking I was calling the front of Kingwood Store. I had to tell the Manager of the West Lake Houston store how she should handle the situation, she actually called us back and told the Store manager in the front what happened, and they are supposed to be calling us back and apologizing and giving us $25 gift card. I am holding my breath, will see what happens.!!!

Foods nice but some is overpriced. Service quality varies with who you get. Usual the cashiers are very professional if a bit overworked at times. The business center usually gives me trouble, not able to make change for a five for example (was told that "they dont do that there"). I drove across the way to HEB and they helped me in a few minutes (a manager would probably have helped me but I was feeling agitated at the business center employee...)

Best bakery around ! Prices can be high if you do not use a Randalls Card and get sale items. There is almost always one type of what I want on sale for each item. So it works out pretty good for me. Sometimes we go there just because we love their muffins so much.

Randalls used to be my goto last minute store. Self check out kiosks were the key to getting in and out quickly. These have been removed. I feel like the wait for a cashier is now about three times as long.

I try not to go to this store because they have no customer service. Most of them do not even speak to you or say thank you. They make me feel that people of color are not welcomed there.
