Went through the drive-thru this morning on my way to work. Placed my order immediately; 2 cars were in front of me at the window - they each purchased 2 boxes of donuts. I waited for 8 minutes before I finally got to the window, then I sat there and waited another minute before someone inside finally looked over and saw me waiting. This is just too long to wait at a drive-thru, and on top of that - my order was completely wrong. They gave me someone elses donuts.

When warm, they will melt in your mouth. I ordered 200+ doughnuts last time I visited. They were very helpful with using coupons and how to make my order less expensive than it could have been. Also joked me up with plenty of free hats for my daughters doughnut party.

Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for a small vanilla latte, and my donuts were stale and cold. Terrible service, terrible product. Will not go back.
