Im editing my previous review. I had given this Starbucks a favorable review...but I just got back from there and Im not happy. This time of year (december 2013), theres a lot of charity buckets floating around, and thats a great thing. This *is* the time of year people need to be charitable and help others out. Im happy to do it. But what you DONT want to do is exactly what theyre doing to their customers today: Some kid with a bucket is literally standing right next to the register...as in exactly where customers stand to pay for their coffee. Its *extremely pushy.* Instead of letting people make a choice to donate, youre basically shaming them into donating because youre *looming over their wallet.* So you end up taking someone who would probably have donated anyway (like myself) and making us resent you. But it gets better: the people working this charity were taking up 85% of the store! They had literally spread their massage area to cover most of the tables! So the people who were coming in the place to spend money and possibly *donate* dont have anywhere to sit. I very nearly walked right back out as soon as I saw what was going on. Im sure others did, too. Its a shame...Im a regular there, and Ive given that store a fortune. But some common sense is needed there, apparently.

DO NOT come here if you are in any sort of hurry!!! Currently sitting in the drive thru and very irritated. I first tried to go inside to order, but ended up standing there FOREVER for one person to put their order in, which I gave up ended up going back out to my car to try my luck at the drive thru. Bad idea. Ive been sitting here for over ten minutes and still have yet to order. TERRIBLE service!!

The last 4 times I went they goty order wrong every time and two of the times the girl making the drink was extremely rude. I no longer go to this location but I highly recommend the One on Campbell lane! Its worth the traffic for the much more pleasant service.

Very friendly staff and the drinks were what we expect from Starbucks! I hate to take away a star because they are popular, but the line, both to order and then receive the drinks, was huge. The entire visit took almost 30 minutes, just to get drinks to go!

Service was fast and the exterior of the place is nice! However, this one employee must have been new or just spacey. He kept forgetting what he was supposed to be giving us while at the drive-thru. Slightly annoying, but nothing serious.

Spent 35 minutes in lobby waiting for one non-customized hot drink mid afternoon. Drive through line was very long too. If not in hurry and willing to wait or order ahead on mobile app for pickup worth a visit.
