Today was a strike out for Starbucks in Target! When they get it right, its still not great. And they get it wrong more times than not. Its a pretty pricey mistake when you order a chai frappe as youre leaving the store, get in your car and pull away as you take a sip and end up with a mouthful of coffee/espresso. And its sad that I have to be so repetative to the point of feeling like Im talking to toddlers when I order. Today, someone was in the store and offered to pick up a chai for me. When they arrived and gave it to me, I was excited about my treat! Its very disappointing when you are expecting something sweet and get the bitter bite of coffee. I tried to call to report the issue to a manager, having to be transferred by the operator, only to be on hold for 10 minutes and then completely disconnected. Im disappointed that I didnt get what I ordered, but mostly mad about the wasted money (x3). You would think as slow as they are (because the line is always long) they would be extra careful with the orders. Oh well.

Fake Starbucks! How can you be called Starbucks if you do not honor any of the companys promotions at any time? They run a special but you dont? Ya makes a lot of sense and they know absolutely nothing about any specialty drinks. If you want a real starbicks experience dont waste your time, money or patience here.

Consistently slow service. Baristas are chatting and taking there time while 5-8 people are waiting for drinks on almost every time weve been there. Recommend wide awake cafe over this place.

Inside Target. Not as good as a "normal" Starbucks. Irrigating when you have to explain to a barista how to do a pour over.
