UPDATE 6/21 This morning the owner of this establishment contacted me to talk about this review. He asked questions about my past experiences there, and showed genuine concern over my issues. The fact that he would take time to address me personally says a lot about his integrity. As I said before, the people and the place are amazing. I understand that sometimes businesses go through a bit of a "rough patch". I believe this place and the people who work there have what it takes to make it work out. I intend to continue eating here, and will still suggest it to friends. USED TO BE AMAZING!!! The people are still very friendly, the service is good, and Boars Head meats are delicious! Unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the food is falling. This morning when I ordered my bagel with cream cheese I noticed that the container of cream cheese was about half the size of the containers Ive gotten from them in the past, for the same price. That is definitely not enough cream cheese for a whole bagel!!! The time before that I ordered a sandwich, and the bread was stale...the crust so stale it left an abrasion on the roof of my mouth when I tried to bite it. The time before that, the pickle that comes in the little bag with your sandwich was sitting in cloudy juice and had what appeared to be a bit of tuna fish on it. All of this over the last month or two. Im very disappointed that I place I loved so much seems to be going down hill. I just hope they turn it back around soon!

Very nice and quaint place to hangout and have a small snack or drink. Service is wonderful and they employees are always working their hardest. There is also free WiFi here so you can stop by to do some work or just to check out some social media. The shop is very neat and clean, there always seems to be someone making sure everything is tidied up. Such a happy place to visit!

Great atmosphere, great service, great coffee, great King Lear Salad. Employees are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate how quick they are to fix any issue I might have with my order. The cushy chairs and relaxed feel of the dining room makes this a great place to meet up with my bestie for coffee and chitchat.

I absolutely love the staff here! Theyre so kind and friendly, and do such a great job with getting familiar with their customers and interacting with them. The food and drinks here are also very well made and always tasty, and Ive never had a bad experience coming here. I would definitely recommend!

This is a nice place to sit and chat over a cuppa with friends. The sandwiches are only okay. I ordered the chicken salad and it seemed a bit dry. A dollop of sour cream added to the mayonnaise would improve that without making it taste heavy. I will return!

Great atmosphere! The sandwiches are delicious and the cold brew is a must! Very good place to hunker down and study if needed (plentiful table space), or to sit and catch up with a friend (lots of comfortable chairs). Will definitely go back and visit!

I love the friendly staff and food & drinks at Coffee Break Cafe. They offer a great selection of coffee and other beverages and breakfast and lunch items. The TOMATO BASIL BISQUE SOUP is my favorite soup and their chicken salad is delicious!
