The baristas here are the friendliest of any Starbucks Ive ever been to, both in this state and several surrounding states! Despite the fact that yes, it is rather pricey if youre on tight budget or if you buy coffee out a lot, I still enjoy buying my coffee here when I can, because of how awesome the baristas are here. They make a genuine effort to remember your name, they get to know you, and if youre like me and order the same drink every time, they are really great at remembering that, too! (Even when your drink has a ton of modifications from the standard recipe!) During the weekday morning commute times, it can definitely get really busy here, and there are times when the line is backed up to the door. However, they always stay calm and friendly to everyone during these busy times (even when some customers get extremely rude & grumpy!), in addition to working as fast as possible to get drinks made right and out to people, while still tasting great.

Every time Ive come here, the cashier (older, short blonde hair) has always been very UN-helpful and almost condescending. Sorry, I dont know how to appropriately order your over priced coffee in proper Starbucks jargon..... I always get extra shots in my drinks, which ALWAYS leads to overflow of my grande. Every other starbucks gives me WHAT I PAY FOR in in am extra cup. But they never do. I will definitely go OUT OF MY WAY to go to another location in order to get better customer service. Im done with this place.

They were closed when I pulled up to the drive thru at 8:40PM (20 minutes before close time). I was met with an automated message that said to come back during business hours. Business hours are until 9PM. As someone else mentioned, here, they started cleaning up and putting chairs up at 7:30PM. I guess this store forgot to fix their clocks last daylight savings? Otherwise, theyve been good. However, all it takes is one bad experience to ruin it.

This has to be one of busiest Starbucks around. I was there for three hours and there was never a slow period. The baristas remain calm and friendly and all drinks seemed to handed over with a smile and a thank you. The menu just keeps expanding regarding drinks, sandwiches and pastries and grab-snack items. Also its a great place to people watch.

Always inviting, customer friendly service with no headaches . A relaxing need meeting place or just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a quiet cup of my favourite coffee blend. High 5s to all my Starbucks friends back in Toronto Ontario Canada . :-)

The line is always out the door and it always takes 10 minutes to atleast order then you have to wait another 10-20minutes to get your order because they usually only have 1 barista. Understaffed. Otherwise fine experience.

Great Starbucks with excellent staff. Dont pay attention to the poor review by the guy who went through the drive thru. This location does not have and never has had a drive thru.

No cream or raw sugar at station. Sugar and cream station is filthy. Trash cans overflowing.
