Honestly couldnt tell you how the donuts are. Waited for almost 15 minutes before we decided to leave. We got inside and the light went on so we decided we would get a free donut and probably order some for the morning. There were 6 employees and the only one who was actually working were the people doing the drive through. Probably 10 minutes in then they decided to tell tell one of the customers only kids could get a free donut. We still waited for another 5 minutes while they all stood around and complained about how busy they were. I wouldnt go back here if it was the last Krispy Kreme left. Its a shame because the donuts looked good.

Krispy Kreme is the best Doughnut shop in Owensboro, as a matter of fact IN THE WORLD! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a welcome, the aroma from the freshly made doughnuts are breath taking. I dont enter as a customer, I enter as a guest and leave as family!

Walked in, the place was a mess and the employees just stood around staring at you. No one approached to take orders until I finally said something. Just a staring contest. And I was the only customer at the time. Yeah, its o.k. to say hello when customers walk in.

Filthy. There were six donuts on the floor while we were waiting for our order Three times an employee stepped around them. There was donut pieces all under the tables. Chocolate icing on the backs of chairs. I had to wipe off the table and chairs before we sat down

Donuts are yummy BUT the service is horribly slow. I can see if they are making a specialty coffee but when you are the only one at the window and you still wait a long time management is slacking.

Waited about 10 minutes at the speaker at the drive through, another 5 minute at window. We were the only ones there. Good food.

Its a shame they dont open until 6 AM. Dunkin Donuts still opens at 5 AM.
