Its not normally my job to make the orders. I was sent to drive through and pick up 2 decaf mocha latte drinks. I drove out of the lot and was on my way back to my daughters house when I realized I made a mistake. I pulled over, turned around fully expecting good customer service. I called the store to tell them the problem. They refused to exchange. They told me I would have to pay the $8.87 again. I turned the car around again. I may never pull into that lot again. That just wasnt good customer service. I can live well without that.

Ordered a simple espresso. They forgot, so after three customers were served, I politely reminded them. They made a quick excuse and finally made it. No sincere apology. I do miss the days of good customer service. When I left they again offered no apology nor have a good day, just ignored me. Sad is that its typical these days to get bad service. Good is the exception!

Very good Starbucks. Friendly staff that seem to get along with each other well. Always clean and never seems to get too crowded inside. Somewhat lacking in comfortable seating, however there is plenty of seating in general and outdoor seating as well.

Everyone here is super nice. The customer service is always great, although everyone does have some bad days, they are never unprofessional or rude. If you get bad customer service from this place, you are probably a bad customer.

I absolutely love this location....Katie is phenomenal, super friendly. I walked in told them about an issue I had with one in Nashville and they were all apologetic for it!! Swear I would think get my coffee anywhere else!!!

Whoever was working the intercom at the drive thru Ive had a bad experience with two times in a row. You need to train her on customer service. Very snappy and rude. She worked around 3 on August 11th.

Understaffed and they gave us the wrong drink...which we accepted only because we felt bad about all the people waiting behind us. The two times i went the drive thru wait time was over 20 minutes.

After spending 22 years in Washington state Starbucks has always set the standard. The interior is always neat a clean with free WI-FI so that you can enjoy a good coffee and surf the web.
