Ordered 2 maccchiatos and saw them put caramel on them. We said we didnt want caramel and they said that a maccchiato is caramel. They willingly changed our $9 order to 2 lattes, but offered no price adjustment. The lattes were barely warm and mostly milk flavored, hardly any coffee flavor. My husband drank his, my daughter got mine. Promptly went to Starbucks down the road. When I walked in, there was a sign showing a maccchiato...steamed milk and espresso....no caramel. Thats what I purchased and after 15 minutes its still hot! Im not a big fan of Starbucks, but this time they won. We like to give local places a try when we travel and would go back to Lasaters, but ask more questions. Its a drive-thru only so it is hard to try your product and get a change unless you go back thru the line.

Good coffee and tea. Clean building and atmosphere. The lady at the counter was very helpful in describing and deciding which tea I wanted. However, the music was a bit loud, and conversation was difficult. When I asked the boy at the counter if he could possibly turn the music down a bit, he responded with a haughty attitude, stating "We always play Christian Music here. Thanks!" I wasnt questioning the content of the music. I will not be returning here.

I visited the newest location in Cleveland, TN. Cozy atmosphere and staff very friendly. I tried the frozen blended mocha. It is hands down bar none the absolute best blended mocha I have ever drunk and I have had a great deal of them from Japan and across the US. Thanks for an awesome option to S_Bucks. When are we getting one in Knoxville??

Quick service, friendly, answered my questions regarding their special on gift cards, The BEST Chai Latte Ive had in months... have given Starbucks a try just because they are closer to my home, but they just dont get it right. My first sip from Lasaters was like Yes... this is what its supposed to be like!

If youre in Clarksville, you should never go to Starbucks. Lasaters is the only way to go. Cheaper, better, friendlier. And if you even so much as resemble someone who looks like they might be in the military, they will ask you so they can apply your discount. All the locations have a drive-thru as well.

This is the best coffee place you will ever go to. It is not expensive and the coffee is always delicious. The batistas are always helpful kind and sweet. They look like they love their job and make everyone feel welcome and important.

This coffee beats Starbucks easy and large home made style breakfast sandwiches that are tasty an better then McDs. All for less and with a military discount. Good bye Starbucks and McDonalds...HELLO Lasaters!

One of the better places to get my coffee in the a.m. but this morning the were not on their game. Coffee was lukewarm at best. No good on a cold morning.
