Im a firm believer that all Starbucks are pretty much the same. A Starbucks at its purest is a four star place. If it does something wrong, three or less. But if it does something awesome, it can be a five star place. And what this place did awesome was hire the people it did. The people at the front counter of this Starbucks were always out-of-their-way friendly with me and attempted to strike up a conversation with me every time I was there. They gave me recommendations when I didnt know what I wanted. And they gave me a ham and swiss croissant while I was studying there one night because a drive through customer had changes their mind at the last minute. There is plenty of seating there and a nice outside area that overlooks the highway. I like this place. If you need a place to frequent or study at, come here.

Usually service here is pretty good. On occasion, the Barista at the window seems in a bad mood or stressed. Todays occasion, I saw the person at the window take someones drink back through the window with a straw in it... Im only a little freaked out by that because it looked like my drink looks.. Then when I get up to the window, the same girl dropped my sandwich on the floor, then picked it up and handed it to me. Yes, it was in the little sleeve they come in, but still.. I didnt make a big deal because there was a long line of cars behind me.. So I drove off... I took a bite of my sandwich and it was not even hot... :( It was pouring rain or I would have just walked back in there and requested a warm one.. Not a happy customer today... Hopefully next time will be better...

The location is convenient, the store is nice, and the staff are friendly, but they are pretty bad at making drinks! I continue to give them more chances just because they are the closest one and every time my drink is bad :( I almost always order an iced cold brew which is supposed to be smooth and not bitter, but theirs is more bitter than regular coffee and tastes horrible. When I tell them about it, they say that cold brew is supposed to be more bitter...! Thats absolutely fasle and they should know that if theyre going to make coffee! Im moving soon and will never visit this location again. If the staff could receive better training then this location could be great!

Very friendly and kind staff! They went out of their way to be friendly to myself and all of the other customers in the store. I observed an already irritated customer come in and scold the staff and make a scene because of a simple mistake. The barista who made the mistake genuinely apologized directly to the customer. When they were remaking the drink, he continued to scuff. Another barista who finished making the new drink also genuinely apologized to the customer. All of the baristas took an amazing approach by being very professional and kind to this irritated customer, even after the customer left.

Just had my worst Starbucks experience ever! Lady who received my order in the drive through was extremely rude and condescending. At the window, she appeared very bothered to be working this morning and scoffed when I requested a packet of sugar and a sturrur. Not to mention, my drink order was made cold after I was asked 3 times if I wanted it hot or cold, and I said hot everytime. Of course, she was less than pleased to provide me with a hot beverage. Someone forgot their barista promise...

Im a card carrying gold member, waited for ever, my drink was set behind the counter for another for ever like it was made wrong, eventually handed to me with ZERO espresso, called back to speak to mgr and she was to busy to speak with me. At the end of the day I got a $5 chocolate milk ! ** called back and was able to get my card credited, person on phone 2nd time was very nice and helpful. Was going one star but giving two based on second person....

I left my cellphone sitting on a table outside the store, and one employee (the one who drives the ugly green Kia Soul) hid my phone on the side of the building, then said he never saw it. Luckily I have Find My Phone or I never would have found it. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced in my life! I hope management checks the cameras and sees him stealing things from the store after hours.

I am a regular at most of the Starbucks shops here in Pensacola. I come to this one most often for the staff and atmosphere. I can come in and work for hours on end and stay focused and they always get my drink dead-on. On the few occasions theyve made easy mistakes theyve always offered to comp the drink/food. I would highly recommend this location over any other in Pensacola.

My friend and I visited the Starbucks on 9 Mile Rd Pensacola, Fl. The current temp outside is 47 degrees and the store has the air conditioner BLASTING. The manager told us that Corporate in Seattle was the only one that can control the thermostat. Its sad when you order hot chocolate and it becomes COLD before Im done drinking it., service was good though.

Consistently the worst Starbucks in the area its such a shame because its right around the corner from my house services is slow, approximately 15 minutes of wait time anytime you go. I feel bad because the Baristas always seem stressed out. Starbucks should be a fun experience a treat for myself instead I feel rushed and dissatisfied.

Sorry I actually made a review of this place but it was for the Starbucks by publix. I ended up going to this location and they made a great pumpkin spice latte. The only negative would be that the place needs cleaned more and maybe some new tables and chairs. They look dirty and take away from the entire place

I am also wanting to find local coffee houses. Not many of them here. Drowsy Poet, Martinellis, Badass... All good. Oh, but back to the review. Dont go to Starbucks. Why give $5 a coffee to corporate America when you can get better, more affordable coffee from your locally/regionally owned shops?

Very cranky drive through lady. Mumbles on the speaker in the drive through & send very bothered when I get to the window. No smile. No "good morning." This is not the first unpleasant employee from this location. Sad. I love Starbucks & never have experiences like this from any of them.

Great staff. I come here most every weekend. So far theyve never gotten my order wrong and the taste of my drink is consistent. Many other Starbucks I have gone too tend to kit have the same consistency with taste and attentiveness to details.

Like all Starbucks, the staff here are always friendly and helpful, wifi is great, and the seating is comfortable and never over-capacity. Also like most starbucks, it would be nice if every table had independent access to power outlets.

I wouldve given 5 stars if they offered military discounts, but they dont, so regular 4 stars for a good establishment that isnt trying to be excellent
