Because i have asked for another employee to serve me since she knows what I always get since I stop by very often , she gets upset with me then I I have asked to speak to the manager, when he came out the employee came with him and I asked if we can step away to speak with alone she still followed us and I have asked her to stay back to speak with him alone and she said " Im Here" , the manager should I have spoke to me alone to see my concerns, but he wasnt fine with me to ask the employee stay back to speak to him and he is the one should ask her that ! I told him where is the problem to ask someone else to serve me since they know my order and also they were free ! Manager said I dont want to talk to you and walked away from me like little child cant handle his job as a manager. So , before I left I said people at our business request different things and we try to fulfill their request as much as we can. Thats what I call bad serve. I went through the drive through and ordered 6 donuts. I got them and handed them to the passenger in my car who opened the box. they were room temperature. Not even slightly warm. I love krispy kreme because the donuts are hot and gooey! I asked the lady(middle/older aged, lighter hair), about it, and she said that they were having problems with the fryer and the heat lamp. if youre going to serve donuts that are not what one would expect when they get a donut, then tell me that before i pay for them because i would have gone somewhere else. i said it was fine and then she asked me if i wanted some napkins and i said yes. several minutes go by and no napkins. there are a couple people close to the window who notice Im still there, probably confused and waiting for me to drive off. the original lady finally opened the window, confused as to why i was still there. i ask for napkins again and get them this time. not a great experience!

Came through the drive-thru about an hour before close and couldnt get a word of my order out without the the guy working the window cutting me off. He never gave me a total, just said pull around, and sounded impatient the entire time. I pull around and the young black male working the window just stares at me for several minutes without opening the window and getting fed up, I put my car in first gear and go to pull off so he opens the window and gives me my total while laughing. As he hands me my change he drops some on the ground. Worst food experience Ive ever had. The only thing positive I can really even say is I ordered a half dozen but they gave me a full dozen... which had an off taste to them. Stale maybe.

The employees remember me. I used to go frequently but have not been in a very long time until this morning. When they saw me walk in, I was greeted with a hug, and they remembered my order and started to get it for me, even before I ordered it. Thats why I think this is the best Krispy Kreme, and it just made my day.

When the sign is on, you usually get a free donut.... At every Krispy Kreme in America, but this one... She just stared at me like I was going to hit her with my car... Like I had just exposed a great secret never before told to the likes of man... And their doughnuts were cold... Facepalm.

Below average KK at best. Barely put any sprinkles on the donuts (nothing like what GOOD KKs do)... and sometimes they are stale. Do not go out of your way to visit. KK employees take note of the following picture. This is how the donuts are made at KK in Tuscaloosa. THIS is how its done.

We got offered a sample when we first walked in we got our 6 donuts but I didnt get to have my pumpkin spice latte bc they were out and I ordered a caramel mocha latte n the gentleman forgot to fix it but he made up for it by making it to perfection.

Always fast and friendly, even when theyre packed. The coffee is great. Much better than those Ive gotten from similarly priced options nearby. Even better, it seems like they have hot donuts every single time I go.

I love their donuts but the service at this location was off the mark. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru then backed up and went inside and was served immediately.

I was given stale donuts that did not match what I ordered. Called to complain and the staff was very rude. The whole experience was just frustrating and unnecessary.
