I wish with my whole heart that it was possible to rate this place with less than one star. My fiance surprised me with a beautiful custom infinity ring for my birthday in September. I was visiting him on base in San Antonia because he was training for his new position in the military. I wore the ring for maybe 2 minutes before a stone fell out. In the next 10 hours leading up to when we were able to make it back to the mall 2 more stones were missing. This makes 3 total. The owner was very nice. He fixed the ring and i was able to pick it up a couple of hours later. Shortly after we returned to our home in Kansas the same thing happened. 4 stones missing from my ring, in a matter of weeks. I called the owner. He said that if i shipped the ring back to him he would get a brand new ring because "obviously it was a problem with the manufacturer". So i shipped it to him. This was October. After MONTHS of waiting, and very little communication, i was over it all and wanted the money for the ring returned to my fiance. By May i had still not received my ring. I told Jewelz i wanted a refund. His response only infuriated me that much more. He was not able to refund the ring because it was a custom piece. It would be out of his pocket. I could either pay to have it shipped or it was too bad for me. After a little convincing and compromise he decided to cover the cost to return my ring. Lucky me? The ring was mailed back to me, i received it 3 weeks ago. It was too small. I did not send my ring to be sized. It fit perfectly before i sent it in. I contacted the owner to let him know that i received the ring and what the new problem was. He was obviously less than happy to hear from me, and tried to tell me that it was the same size. He told me that they measured the new ring twice before they mailed it out. Bottom line, it did not fit the same finger it did before i mailed it. My other rings still fit perfectly. My ring is now missing 2 stones. Do not spend your time or money at this store. It will only disappoint you. They do not know how to provide a quality product or provide customer service.

Place Is Always Clean And Extremely Organized That Tells You Off The Bat What Your Walking Into! 2nd Staff Is Just Amazing Very Caring And Flexible With There Time Always Taking Time To Really Describe The Product At An Honest Conception! 3rd Very Professional 4th Product Quality Is Pure Ive Heard Alot Of Places Mixing Fake Gold With Real Gold And I Did My Homework On Jewelz And Gotta Say Its As Pure Quality As Your Gonna Get!! 5th Product Values Are Great Hes Always Trying To Work Deals With People For Example Me Ive Bought So Many Things From Him And Hes Always Understandable When It Comes To My Budget! I CAN LITERALLY WRITE A BOOK ON HOW HAPPY OF A CUSTOMER I AM IM BLESSED TO MEET SUCH A GREAT PERSON WHOS WILLING TO MAKE SURE I GET WHAT I WANT AT A PRICE I CAN AFFORD THANKS JEWELZ I GIVE YOU A 10+ MY MAN

***NOT AGAIN*** thank you so much to this place to realize me that shitty people does exist absoulutely horrible service with bad atitude.i bought a ring from this place for my wedding day for worth of $4000 and when i asked for the reciept they said our system is down we can give you tomorrow i got scared and asked for my money back then owner jumped in and said we have fixed this ring according your size now we cant take that back.come tomorrow and get your reciept. i never even went back for reciept because i knew they never gonna take care of me again so there was no point to go back and argue with that big headed owner who wears fake and cheap clothes and pretend like a boss go to hell yall who ever works there and owner. highly not recommended go anywhere but this place.

I went to Rolling Oaks mall two days prior and was treated extremely poorly by the owner of the jewelry store there. I drove all the way to Ingram Park Mall and the first place i stopped in was JewelZ they were barely opening but still were very helpful. Karan and i forget the name of the other associate working was extremely helpful. They got me a great deal on my necklace and treated me with importance and value. I am grateful for all the information provided and my experience there. I highly recommend this place. If i could put more stars I would! Great job you deserve all the kudos!

Bought a ring from the owner who was very helpful and had the lowest prices in the area. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Well I apparently did. The ring felt cheap and they have had it for over a MONTH to replace ONE stone that fell out after only a week of owning it. After repeated calls, I get different stories of what happened and why it is taking so long. I think they lost it to be honest. STAY AWAY
