By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had as far as customer service. I made reservations for the Doggie Hotel in October for December 18th. I made a reservation for the "Suite" which is supposed to be a glass room with a flat screen TV inside. Lets just say their pictures are extremely deceiving. The rooms are small and there is NOT a flat screen TV in each suite. There is a tiny TV hanging from the wall about every 4 "suites". On top of it all, all of the specialties I had signed up for over the phone, doggie day camp, doggie ice cream once a day, and the exit bath were NOT set up like the assured me it was going to be. One of my main concerns I had over the phone was the stiches my puppy had gotten from being spayed. They are dissolvable but take up to 6 months to dissolve. I asked the lady over the phone if that was going to be a problem. She told me no it will not be a problem at all. Today as I drop my puppy off the lady at the front desk at the doggie hotel tells me they do not accept dogs with stitches, and there is nothing they can do other then recommend we take her to their vet and have them remove them. So were talking almost and extra $150.00 for her to stay at this hotel that is falsely advertised. They say the calls are not to the store directly they go to call center. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT INSTEAD OF GIVING FALSE INFORMATION. So to the Lawnside Petsmart, thank you for ruining our vacation. I will not recommend this Petsmart to ANYONE, nor will I be spending another dime at this store. I highly suggest anyone planning to go on vacation looks into other facilities for their pets because Petsmart is despicable.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My fiancée and I left our dog there for a weekend getaway and the condition in which our dog was returned to us was terrible. Her behind was not only covered in feces, but she had red marks on her legs as if she was kept on cement floor. We opted for the suite with a bed and added on playtime sessions which I question even occurred. The response when asked about the condition of her behind was almost nonexistent and could only say that they "had no idea". Terrible experience. Will never use again.

I took my 6 month old puppy there tonight and I will not be taking her back there. I have another dog that I usually take there to get his nails cut and the groomers are usually nice, but it looks like they have some new people there since the last time I was there. Tonight there were in such a rush and out of patience that they cut one of my puppys nail too short that she started bleeding. Not one time did they apologize. We will not be going back there.

Clean store, obviously animal friendly. Staff are very approachable and know their stuff (even if they do have to push the inventory). Prices are higher than elsewhere, especially online, but the selection is good.

This store is out of the way, clean and quiet. The lighting is a little low, but some prefer that. I am concerned this store will go out of business by how quiet it is, but its a good store to shop at still.

We took our Beagle here and when we picked her up, not only was she extremely hoarse, she was lethargic that whole day and the next day. She is usually very active and vocal like Beagles are.

The layout was great - it was easy to find everything I needed, and I was not bothered by employees or other customers while shopping. The store was clean and all associates were friendly.

Went there early on a weekday morning. It wasnt busy, so it wasnt a real stretch of their abilities. Parking is easy; the store was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

My dogs dry food was on sale that was a very nice bonus her wet food was also on sale very nice bonus I met a wonderful woman from the Nutro company was a great experience

Go here for all my cat needs ! They have everything you need + cats that need to be adopted are there really sad! I love playing with them.
