I wish I could give this Petsmart less than a star. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon to find the staff sitting all over the cashier desk joking and laughing, no one working. Granted it wasnt busy but no reason to treat your work station like a jungle gym. Walked to the fish section and waited 10 minutes before I had to ask for someone to come back, then another 5 for someone to come. When the girl comes back she has this attitude as though she couldnt be bothered. I ask for a goldfish that was at the highest level and she just looked at me and asked what size tank Im putting it in. When I explained that Id put it in a ten gallon for a week to make sure its well before I add it to my 90 gallon she told me she couldnt sell it to me unless I had a 30 gallon. I informed her of the infection with the guppies and how I wasnt going to add a potentially sick fish to my tank. She even refused to look at a picture of my 90 gallon, just didnt want to climb the ladder and catch the fish. When I walked around looking for a manager, none was to be found not even in the office. My guess is she/he went out to lunch and while managers away the kids will play. Filed a complaint with corporate and will never step foot in the Sicklerville store again.

very unpleasant experience today. The employee who helped me refused to even give me information about fish. I went in to buy goldfish for my pond but she refused to sell them without getting a water sample from me. She said the policy was to refuse all sales unless a water sample was given. I looked it up and this is NOT store policy.

A little more expensive than a majority of their competition. They must bump up the price, and then offer discounts and coupons. See the examples below... Same brand, but the one on the left is a competitors regular price and the one on the right is PetSmart! Even when it is on sale it is still more expensive.

I feed my cat raw food and its unfortunate that I dont live close to the pet store that i use to buy the food from. Luckily petsmart carried the same brand but they sell it in smaller bags . They offer a great variety of foods for your animal

This is an average pet store. Unfortunately the staff was unable to locate (or even know what I was talking about) basic pet foods even when I took the time to explain what it was and where it should be located.
