I started out by attempting to purchase an item online for cheaper and have it shipped to store, but it was reported as out of stock. Calling the store, they had it... we spoke to an employee and the manager. This was resolved by a price match at the register. So far, not too bad. I am pleased with the service in that regard. However, while waiting, I saw a woman grooming a little white toy poodle (or something similar) in the most uncaring manner. She was only yanking the comb one handed through the dogs ear violently and non-securely with her other hand at her side, dog on the table, so hard that the dogs rear even scooted. She would reposition it with an uncaring push... All while the dog appeared to be shaking and painting in distress and pain nonaggressively, may I add. As we walked out of the store she was continuing to wave the scissors around near the dogs ears. Our stomachs were in knots watching. I would never take my teacup poodle or Siberian husky to this place to be groomed. My experience with price matching was good but watching the dog grooming was upsetting. Im surprised they have a massive window if they employ such unexperienced groomers, not at all something to want to show off. TL;DR My experience with price matching was good, but watching an uncaring and inexperienced groomer yank around a distressed, nonaggressive toy poodle through the window upset me and totally killed the experience.

Would not let me adopt a cat, because in the application I answered yes to giving my cat the ability to go outside... I thought adopting a cat was to allow them to have more freedom, instead they believe that every owner would simply neglect the cat and lose them outside. Also the cat I wanted got taken even after i filled out 2 applications 2 weeks before someone even applied for the cat I wanted. Furthermore the person, who handles the applications just simply read that one question(apparently its a trick question in a adoption application...)and crossed me out, without even telling me the reason why, and I was simply ignored. I waited 2 weeks for nothing, but terrible service and sadness as the cat I grew a relationship with was taken from me. I am never coming back to this establishment after the damage they have done to me emotionally.

I have been taking my now 2yr old shi-tzu to Petsmart since month one. I had a terrible experiernce last week though...they not only shaved my little dog down for a summer cut but they did it in only 2 hours instead of 3 -4hrs? The night we noticed he was shave haphazerdly and cut on his back foot! I called the store manager who seemed to actualy care but said i would be reffered to the groomer for reconcilliations! Later, i recieved a call from the groomer which made me feel like iwas doing her a favior! so much for a $90 RIPP OFF !

Poor customer service. I purchased 3 hermit crabs and asks for some substrate to be placed in the container. Salesperson looked as if was crazy and placed brown paper towels in the container. I also told her Because I needed 4 crabs and was looking for a mid size crab, I went to PetSmart in Mt Laurel. Without asking, Jenn packaged my hermit crab in the material from the tank. I was so relieve as I had a distant to travel with my hermit crabs. Thank you, Jenn Job well done. Will make Mt. Laurel my No. 1 PetSmart.

Grooming Department*Tryed 3xs Iv tryed 3 different groomers an older women Yvone & 2 younger women Sara & Linsey! It seems the younger groomers are lazy! Yvone was great! Sarah cut my pets nails to short and left the nerves exposed! & my Last time going Linsey over charged me & one of the supervisors (KRISSY, tryed conviencing me she was standing there listening on the phone while I was descussing what I want & how much it would coast! Bottomline! Try Another Place! Maybe the cherry hill Location!!

As soon as I walked in, your employee (I believe his name was Sean) asked me if I needed help. You didnt have the dog food I was looking for but he helped me find something just like it and then rang me up right away. He was very friendly, informative, and knew how to take care of customers. He deserves recognition for this and I will be back to this location thanks to him. Thanks, Sean!!!

Clean store and well stocked. The staff go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. Its a fun and happy environment. Great that they have Banfield clinic inside for your convenience. Great shopping experience!

Always clean and have the products I a. There to purchase. I love to see the cats for adoption. I cant go in there without stoppi g to read their stories. Wish they could write them a little darker. They are hard to read.

I am not a fan of PetSmart, but the people here (In the store, not the grooming section) are nice, helpful, and happy. I would not use this location for grooming, you have many better and safer choices locally.

Never had a problem having my dogs nails clipped or ground. My dog doesnt mind going there so I am sure no one ever hurt or frightened him. They do a better job than I can.
