Disappointed. Tried to order a $109.00 online with business credit card and their site wouldnt let me. Then took the 20 ride after which I was told the item wasnt in store so I would have to order it online. Told them I had tried. Associate at customer service desk called a corporate office and, after being on the phone with them for 15 minutes, with me waiting, I was told that the only way I could make the purchase would be to buy a gift card and use that to make the purchase online. Youve got to be kidding. I have a business card because we own a farm and frequently need things. Sometimes bigger ticket things. I guess this means Tractor Supply had enough money and isnt interested in any more? Or maybe frustrating customers isnt a bid deal.

I have walked in and always was greeted with a smile. I have always been able to find what i was looking for and if it was not available at the store then the item would be ordered foe me. Also have ordered online and have been satisfied with all my purchases. I have been a cuatomer for 7 years and will continue to be one. Overall i have had no complaints.

Ok, but u dont get the help asking u if u need help in finding items. U can wander all over the store seeking an item & u see no approuch u even though they can see u looking for something & see if they can assist u like most stores do.
