Took our little Bichon Poo to be groomed today. Been going to this Petsmart for 13-14 years with our dogs. Chrissy has been grooming our dogs for many of these years and has groomed our B-Poo since she was a baby, she is 4 1/2 now. Chrissy would always schedule us for a Saturday or Sunday. Our dog has bad patellas on her rear legs so she would not cage her, would cut her, call us and we would get her in about 45 minutes. Had an appointment with her for 2 pm today. Got there, asked for her and they said she quit 2 weeks ago and that our appointment was with someone else. We said nobody called us, basically got you can leave if you want. Our little one needed a cut bad because of the heat. We decided to try the new woman who was not very nice. She butchered our dog badly, actually very bad. Bich-Poos get a Bichon cut, she basically shaved our dig down and then hand cut her head and face very short in a really short poodle cut. The poor little one did not look like our furry girl, looks completely different, thank God hair grows back, we just feel so bad for her. She also caged her for hours and we had to wait over three hours for her. Will never be back for anything and we have spent thousands here on grooming and buying tons of merchandise. Not anymore, we will take our business elsewhere. By CH PetSmart after all these years!

I took my 5 month Morkie to Petsmart (Cherry Hill New Jersey) on September 19, 2015.On my way back to pick him up I get a phone call. I thought they were calling to inform me he was ready for pick up. I spoke to a manager who told me, my dog was taken to Banfield Pet Hospital, because the groomer cut his back left paw pad. As a result from the cut bleeding continued. They insisted he continued to wiggle and move which resulted in the injury. I really didnt appreciate how they were insinuating because of his movements it was his fault. Regardless of his continued movement, HE is a PUPPY. Therefore he is going to move around especially since it was his first time. Petsmart grooming staff are COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE, CLEARLY UNTRAINED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Now he has to wear a cone around his head until it heals.I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE HIM TO PETSMART AGAIN!! I highly recommend the staff receives training on how to handle dogs/puppies who are energetic and have frequent/settle movements!!!!

I took my yorkie to get groomed twice the first time I loved it, they said it would take up to 4 hours after about an hour they told me he was all done i picked him up and the groomer did everything i asked he looked and smelled great. The second time I took him I was VERY unhappy my yorkie is only 2lbs they took 5 hours! to groom him I asked for them to cut the fur around his face and paws when i picked him up he had one long piece just sticking straight up and then one side was clearly longer then the other side then the fur next to his nose one side had pretty much no fur and the other side it looked like they didnt even trim it, needless to say him and I will NOT be returning!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my Standard Poodle to Pet smart to be groomed. My regular groomer had gone out of business. I gave the manager a list of what I wanted done. Legs and tail--leave 1 inch. #10 blade on face and feet. Body - use #4 blade. When I picked him up, his legs were shaved. His tail had a long tassel at the end. His face was a mess as were his feet. He looked like the groomer spent one hour at grooming school. When I complained, the child who had groomed him whined "But he didnt like his feet done""BIG SURPRIZE!! Hes a POODLE! The manager "kindly" gave me a $5.00 credit on my next groom. FAT CHANCE!! I found Pat at ALLENs Kennels in Moorestown. GREAT!!!

It saddened me that the one review of our store is a one star tale of a dead hamster being throw away. One can rest assured that me and my fellow pet care staff members would never do something so barbaric. That being said as an employee I can honestly say that we do the best job we can to educate and help people with their pets. Im not writing this because management has a gun to my head; Im writing it since i truly enjoy working here. Come in and let us help you today!!

My experience there was not very long as all I needed was a bit of information on my new ball python and I needed to buy food and supplies. When I was expecting to be in there half an hour talking to someone about it, it turned out that some of their employees were extremely smart on the topic. I only ended up spending about 15 minutes there and I knew everything I needed to know! As of now my ball python couldnt be happier.

Needs to be shut down . Staff is ill-trained and unresponsive. Have had many other friends complain about this place too. Manager puts blame on customer instead of staff and is over all unattentive. Staff crinkle their noses for walk-in nail trimmings (thats fun - not) really makes it nice to want to come back... FIND A LOCAL PLACE INSTEAD

I was basically ignored, the staff really hate their jobs! And the grooming on you pet shows such. I spoke to the manager whom acted as though he needed psych meds. He began ranting in an undertone. Bizzare personnel and below satisfactory job performance. My dog left looking like I love Lucy! Unbelievable....

I would not voluntarily take any animal to this location for grooming. I did once, and was lucky enough not to have a problem, as many others have had. The groomers are very unprofessional, abrupt, do not listen to your concerns with your pet, and consider themselves above the pet owners wishes.

This was my first time here and it will be my last ! I took my Alsha Apso puppy and got butchered by LAURA, she seem uninterested in what I wanted for my dog ! She was beautiful and fluffy with minor matts but she did what she wanted ! Very unprofessional.

Please make sure your dogs are immunize against parvovirus. My dog "chance" contracted it and had to be put down. if you going to have your dog groomed there. Thank God my other dog is okay!
