The service here continues to get worse and worse. Obviously something has changed either in management or people they are hiring. My latest appointment was for 9:30. Our dog was not ready until 3:35. If they know there are delays (or groomers that dont know what theyre doing) someone should let us know. This has happened a number of time and no one in the store cares. It was never like this in the past. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Its not fair to the customer or your pet to get treated like this. Were done at this place.

The store is nice but I went to their adoption center. As soon as I walked in, the place smelled of urine. It was very overpowering. When we were searching for a new pet, the staff said we could look at the pets but would have to go through screening before being able to take one out for viewing. We ended up leaving due to the strong smell and very small selection of animals.

Ok for pet store I bought 2 budgies girl spent 30 minutes to catch one of them with with heavy duty gloves even though I suggested to use net she nearly scared to death out of it finally bird so tired she was able catch and lost ones bird was out of the big cage luckily cage is inside protected room.

It would get a better rating but i dont care to be served by poor kept unhealthy women with studs on their face. Some good staff are no longer there. This is reflection on the management not some other good grooming staff.

Im so glad they got rid of 11th hour and replaced them with a reputable agency who treats their animals with the respect and care they need.
