I had purchased two cichlids from this store. Let me tell you, they have about 8 price labels for cichlids and about a dozen different species of cichlid mixed in the tank. The staff had no clue how to tell them apart. I bought a "Tangerine" and a "Peacock" that were actually an Albino Red Fin Zebra and a black phase Acei. The Albino died within 24 hours and the Acei died 2 days later. I got an Orange Blotch Peacock (they actually had it labeled as a peacock at least) to replace the Albino, but just asked for a refund on the Acei. On doing a water test, they said my pH was "high" at 7.6 (mbuna require 7.8 to 8.5) and that their fish were kept "at a lower ph and we havent had any die" meanwhile, I turn around to look at their tank, and there are THREE dead cichlids and SEVERAL that are sick with rot, fungus, or ich. Very disappointed. As this store is very far out of the way for me to travel, I will most likely not return. (Also, Google, please allow for simple paragraphs in your reviews, thanks!)

Last two times I went in to the store I was overcharged. Caesars fog food was advertised at .60$ each and I bought 10. Today I bought some pet stain remover for $13.98 and it rang up as $14.98. The cashiers did not deem to care. Just annoying that it happen 2Xs
