Like another user I had the same problem with this CRAPPY DEALER. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Service Department will sell unnecessary repairs Went to Royal Moore (dealership where we purchased our vehicle) for oil change and were told that our brakes were about shot (20-25% remaining). They wanted to do the fix and also the 30k service on the vehicle but it was a Saturday and I was in a rush so I deferred it. Cost for the 30k service was $449 and they didnt quote me a price for the brakes. 3 months later we had the same vehicle at Beaverton Toyota to get the 30k service done (which cost $199 there--they indicated that there is another 30k service which runs about $450 but that is optional for my vehicle). More suprisingly, they indicated that my brakes still had 60% remaining. I showed my paperwork from Royal Moore to the staff at Beaverton Toyota (which RM ... This really gave me a bad opinion of the whole service department at Royal Moore and we will not be bringing our vehicle there in the future. ------------------------------- Went to Beaverton Toyota and they couldnt find any problem like those suckers.

To the General Manager! My wife, myself, and my daughter came to your Toyota lot on Saturday 5-7-16 and were met by one of your sales people who proceeded to question our daughter about what she was looking for, After showing her several cars that were not to her liking (this was going to be her first new car, very exciting and traumatic at the same time), he suggested that they "go to another lot so she could look at a demo that had less than 5000 miles on it and was significantly less money". They were gone for about 30 minutes and when they returned, imagine the surprise, "the salesman couldnt find it and said It had obviously been sold". Really! This is the oldest lost leader trick, bait and switch game in the book. He then PASSED her off to a different salesman. Your sales team should be ashamed of themselves, and they should be patted on the back by Beaverton Toyota for the free advertising that they did for them, as my daughter will NOT be buying her first car from Royal Moore Toyota! This brings us to the reason that I included my wife in this e-mail. You guys had two Toyota Tundras sitting at the front of your lot, (I am out looking to replace my 12 year old company truck with a new Tundra Off-Road), when my wife asked if she could sit in one of them and possibly test drive one (she will occasionally be driving it). She was told that "one of them had been sold and they couldnt find the keys for the other one, so NO "! Really guys, if one of them was sold (WHY WAS IT STILL AT THE APEX OF YOUR TRIANGLULAR LOT ?) and as far as the lost keys, you guys only have ONE KEY? Mysteriously I drove past your lot today 5-11-16 at 5:30 p.m. and BOTH TRUCKS, EVEN THE SOLD ONE WERE STILLL IN THE EXACT SAME SPOTS! THATS FIVE DAYS! Never heard of anyone leaving their newly purchased truck at the sales lot for 5 days after purchase! Definetly some games being played here that I wont be a part of. Too bad, I had heard good things about you guys, but I guess those were just stories. GOOD LUCK!

Went in to look at a certified used Toyota Prius; I had previously run a Kelley Blue Book lookup on this car. We made an offer on a car for $20,500. The dealer went in the back to speak to a sales manager, and returned with a counter offer and a printout showing a Kelley Blue Book pricing which was about $3000 higher than my lookup. I questioned how that was possible, and ran the bluebook lookup on a computer in front of him. He agreed and said he didnt know. I asked to speak to the sales manager, who came from the back in a very aggressive and defensive manner. He would not allow me to take a copy of the KBB lookup. We left. I called back a few days later and spoke with another sales manager (Todd). Todd faxed me a copy of the KBB lookup. I noticed on this pricing, they had selected both the option package as well as the individual options. I called Kelley to ask if that was the appropriate way to run a lookup; they said if the options are part of a package, that it should be run for the package only. I called Todd again, explained this to him, and he said, as a service manager, that this is how they routinely run Kelley Blue Book lookups. He stated that the information I had received directly from Kelley about how to run a Kelley Blue Book valuation was incorrect. Based on my conversation with Todd, the valuations they place on cars, which they use while presenting prices to customers and bargaining with customers, are inflated by effectively counting adding prices for options which are parts of packages twice. This is not a small difference, in our case the pricing jumped nearly 15% by doing this.

Worst experience ever! Would give zero stars if possible. Dont go here the Beaverton Toyota is not that far and they probably wont give you the same horrible experience. Was sold a car and told it had remote start on the car. The sales person couldnt figure out how to use it but promised it would get fixed. Next day come it to get it fixed after I already purchase the car and they say it was never installed and that I can either keep the car as is or leave it and get refund. I tell them that I am just the co signer and I cant make that decision because Im not the one going to use the car. They tell me that I cant leave until I make a decision because they arent giving me the keys to the car. I leave walking to my house in a dress and heels because they dont let me leave with the car until I make a decision. So my mom ends up keeping the car. A week later we are getting a call saying that they are going to tow our car because they messed up on the paperwork. They say they have been trying to reach us and havent been able to do so. Them trying to reach us is one email saying " could you please call". Me thinking that that email was to try and apologize about the earlier situation so we never called them until they come and say we are having your car towed for our mistake. We go in sign the paperwork and then they are like oops it was our fault but really yours for never reaching out to us. Finally we also find out they never gave us temporary plates for the car we have been driving around in. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
