My experience with Auto Outlet far exceeded my expectations. I would consider purchasing another vehicle from Auto Outlet, and I would recommend Auto Outlet to a friend in need of a used vehicle in good condition. The Auto Outlet staff was friendly, helpful, and very low pressure. The vehicle I purchased appears to be in excellent condition, and the price I paid was well below market average for a similar vehicle in a similar condition. I had found myself in need of a vehicle that I could put approximately 2,000 miles a month on. So, I was in the market for an inexpensive, older, but not ancient, vehicle with lower mileage. The vehicle I purchased fit this description perfectly. It was in excellent condition, with below average mileage, and only one noticeable defect. The control switches for the power mirrors needed to be replaced. I presented the defect to Auto Outlet prior to the purchase, and they gladly had the defect corrected without charge to me. The car now appears to be in mint condition. All of the features of the vehicle work as intended. The engine feels strong and purrs like the proverbial kitten. The transmission feels solid. Since the vehicle purchase I have driven the vehicle approximately 1,000 miles, and I have experienced no issues with its drivability or condition. It is my reasonable belief that this car should easily last another 150,000 miles, perhaps more. My experience with Auto Outlet lead to my needs being fulfilled. A safe, reliable car, in good condition, with below average mileage, at a price that was approximately $1,500.00 below the market value. Every day, I enjoy my new-to-me car more and more. Definitely want to give credit where its due! I recently bought a used car from Auto Outlet. I had shopped around at several other places, but not only did Auto Outlet have more options in my price range, their cars were higher quality and better maintained. Dennis did a great job giving me information about the cars I was interested in, including the CarFax, without being too pushy. After buying my car, the check engine light came on a couple days later. At first, I thought it was because of recently refueling it, but after taking it in to be diagnosed at a car repair shop, it turned out that a sensor had gone bad in the engine. I called up Dennis, and he had me take it to their local car repair shop and repaired my car free of charge (since the warranty didnt cover that particular problem). I saved about $600-700 in repairs thanks to their excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending Auto Outlet to others in the future!

Brandon and Allen provided helpful service without pressuring us to buy. They answered all questions, were patient and courteous. They allowed us to have cars inspected by our mechanic prior to purchase along with offering a 90 day warranty for repairs,which gave us great piece of mind. This warranty is included with all sticker price purchases which is great for people looking for a used vehicle. They were reasonable and willing to negotiate on many of the vehicles as well as provide car fax and input of various pros and cons of different makes and model. This family run business came highly recommended to me by a friend who has also had great experiences in the past doing business with them. I would definitely buy a car here again in the future. They are honest and reputable.

WORST SERVICE! They are a shady corner lot who claims to "inspect" their cars, not sure what they inspect but when asked about the drive window and air conditioner not working they acted real hostile. They played with me for over a day, kept trying to get more money when I got the original down payment they asked for, only to ask for more. I declined to offer after that, then told them thanks for wasting my time, when the sales guy ROBERT and owner BRODY started texting my to come say it to their face how I wasted their time "I dare you". I felt it was really unprofessional, and cowardly thing to do to a 6 month pregnant woman. Stay far away from these people if you dont want a lemon, and want to be treated with respect.

When I first came to their car lot I didnt get hassled by anyone. Brandon was a great help. He was nice and courteous about helping people with their car purchasing. I have gone to many car lot dealership in corvallis, salem, and Portland but they were unpleasant to look at cars because they keep pushing me to buy buy buy on their car lot which Its a biggest turn off in my eyes. It would be a very unpleasant experiences for anyone who getting push to buy a vehicle. Brandon was a good host and salesperson. He didnt haggle anyone to buy any car if they didnt feel comfortable in purchasing a car from their lot. I would recommend my families and friends to his lot. He was a chill guy.

Our daughter just got her very first car, and we bought here at Auto Outlet!! Dave was our salesman and he was very very helpful, personable, informative and non-pushy. We were able to get our daughter into a safe, reliable, nice looking car in her price range. Dave, Rick and Bob treated us so great and they stand by their words. They even work out a very sweet deal for our daughter in being able to buy her car. Couldnt have asked for a better company or better employees!!! We will definitely be going back to them for our future car buying.

I recently purchased a 2004 Grand Cherokee from the Auto Outlet. I LOVE IT! The salesman were all very nice and polite. They were trying to make it as easy as it should be to be in and out with a car. My salesman was Dave. He offered water, coffee and even pizza when the manager brought some into the office. It was definitely a nice change from the previous lots I had been to that Saturday. RECOMMEND VERY MUCH! And I have been nothing but happy with my purchase. My payments were within $20 of what they estimated.

Brandon at Salem Auto Outlet was great when I bought my 2007 Toyota Camry. I took the car for a test drive and it had a shimmy in the front end. I told him that was the only thing keeping me from buying it. The next day I received a text message from him and the car was fixed. He was right on everything I wanted for the car and negotiated well with the price. I am very satisfied with his service. And I am very happy with my camry. I would recommend for others to go check them out and ask for Brandon.

My fiancé and I bought a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee here! The day we bought it the check engine light came on, which raised a few concerns. We immediately called them to tell them what had happened and they got us on the fast track to meeting their mechanic down the road . Our jeep came with a 90 day warranty but it didnt cover the issue. So instead they paid for the fix out of pocket which was a big deal to us. Along with excellent service and a friendly environment. Definitely will be recommending!
